If you looking at price of components, this is probably one of the most expensive demo walled build I've ever seen.
If you know how much each sub and each amp costs. These are no joke. High end SQL

@@loganofnorth880Probably due to the way he had the windows open, it loads down that bottom passenger side sub more than the rest. With the port at the top, the loading across the subs is definitely very uneven. It's not uncommon to see cones rip or tear in these types of enclosures. Those amplifiers also have a lot of clean power with lots of damping. It can be violent.
Rockford fosgate is my favorite sub brand. I'm a dad now lol but used to have 2 RF T1 15's in a ported box in a navigator and it was great
My 2 T215's hit hard as hell in my trailblazer by themselves, but when you flipped the switch on to the 2 T212's shit got crazy.. it was seriously a noticeable difference... not sure why really. But yeah loved that system! I had the 12's I'm my Lincoln ls but took them out before trading it in. No reason not to throw them on top of the 15's... lol

that’s very interesting. I couldn’t find a Rockford power series nor have I met anyone who had one. I wanted to upgrade my system. Currently I have 2 alpine type x and a 1500 Rockford bdcp.
I just had the Rockford 2500 installed and my car is dropping voltage already so I have an appointment to add a second battery. I just ordered the t2 13 and a prefab box that is built to Rockford specs (4 cubic ft).
I have a 1200/1hd and 13w7 in ported box in my daily driver honda civic. I wanted a spl type setup and these subs will do it so I’m looking forward to it. I think my end goal is just two bdcp 2500 and 2 t2 13. It just is going to be a lot of money spent because there are no readily available upgraded alternators for my car so I’d have to have a “custom” one built. Hopefully just the one 13 and 2500 will keep me happy for a while
I had essentially the same style of 4th. Same style loading wall but I faced my subs upwards to avoid the loading issues on the bottom subs. I foreseen that issue coming so I avoided the forward facing orientation. Was 4x sav2 15s on 2x jp23s in a C pillar doing 155+
these sound so much better than the rest fosgate never fails if they were more affordable we would be hearing amazing systems

I’m using the same setup basically. The difference of his and mine is that I only have 2 T2-13 strapped on 2 T2500bdcps. Currently 1 T1000.4bdcp and the same amount of mids and highs running front and rear stage in an ‘08 Chevy Avalanche. My subs are located in the bed area with the 10s under the rear seats in a slim box. Like that someone else thinks similarly as far as audio profile.

Fun fact . The bottom sub probably isnt actually from the demos.. Rockford original run of the t2 had issues with the surrounding. Many of the early run subs can be found with this same issue online and cant be reconed to original bc of the dual landing and the hooking style of tye vast surround. subs serial number 700+ will not have this issue.. i own sub 929 and its perfect.. i garentee this sub # is pre 700 👍..

I really liked my single t2 13 system however there notorious for the surround defects, same with the t1 10 inch shallow. I like RF but the surround is not the best.
I heard the same thing about the W7 and when I went to look at new subs at caraudio stores they had lots of W7 sitting in the back with damaged surrounds

@@JacobViral ahh sounds about right I did the same thing in my old build now I just got a 12inch skar zvx on a Taramps 3000k and skar doors with a ds 440x4 taramps I watched you’re video and you got me to buy them and I love every second of them amps amazing price for great performance

Those subs aren't rare. Especially to anyone who knows what quality is, and why Rockford and JL started making 13-inch subs instead of 15-inch subs. If you only subscribe to the current basshead trend, the only manufacturers you've ever heard of are Taramps, Deaf Bonce, Skar, D4S, and Sundown. Look at his stats, they are extremely reminiscent of the old-school SPL figures - 160dB on only 12.5k watts, that's pretty efficient. Everyone else putting up those numbers is running 3x the power and a lot more cone area.
13" T2's are rare in real-world applications. Not everyone can even afford them, and fewer want to spend the money to provide the power and electrical upgrades to run them. You could go to 100 different dB drag or SPL competitions and probably count on one hand how many you'd see there. So yeah, that makes them kinda rare.
@@chriscain8515 As far as subs go, Sundown ZV6 and Nightshade 15's cost just as much. DB Apocalypse and Crossfire are close. DC Level 5 & 6 subs actually cost more, and so does Ground Zero. The only brand I've seen with any regularity in these videos that is cheaper is Skar, which seems to be an anomaly of low cost vs pretty decent quality if you want to move air. In reality, people are probably spending more to be able to run these other brands because they have to make such huge electrical upgrades to be able to power them with the hungry Korean and Brazilian amps. 2- or three 3 320-370 amp alternators isn't cheap, and neither is quality 00 wiring and the add'l battery power to support it all. I see all these other brands of subs being used all the time in these videos. So it isn't so much about cost, as it is the amount of power people are willing to throw at them just for the sake of having the highest-powered system, and not an efficiently-designed system that's just as capable.
@@chriscain8515coming from owning multiple 12w7 and a single w7 I’m ordering my first “spl” sub. I was between the 13 Rockford and the new kicker solo x. I hope I made the right decision. I just ordered Rockford 2500bdcp and 13” RF.

A bit much to even listen to. Theres a point where too much is just too much....Rockford amps are pretty good but their subs will always take a back seat to JL....this thing didnt sound very musical at all but i suppose u have to be there to hear the fine details.
U can afford this much equipment when rockford sponsors u....
