In theory there would be the possibility of drawing some water into the transfer case or differential and mixing with the oil. You would want to drain the oil from those components and replace it. In this case the breather is mounted higher than the air intake, so we would have bigger issues if the water line is that high :(
if car is crossing river and water level is even higher than this breather kit....then is there any problems?
