Instead of that stand up tool .When setting up on the floor I like to put sammies or a bolt ect. On the furthest mark. So I can sight it in on that bolt and i don't have to go and walk over and check and see if I'm on the mark. I'll know I'm parallel when I'm on my first mark and also on the bolt standing up on the floor.
Hi Holmz, I've been watching your videos for a while, honestly it really helped me progress in my work, I want to thank you for everything, I look forward to the next videos and good luck. Rachid.A
Actually yes I do. I have to decent videos. Here's the link for the first part. You can search for the second after this one. If you have trouble finding it just let me know in the comments and I'll send the link for that one. ua-cam.com/video/4_0szwCsCpQ/v-deo.html
It depends every situation is different. You need to use the environment you're in to the best of your ability to make your conduit look straight. But if you ask me the laser is the best way to do this. But it's not the only way. I can make my conduit runs straight with just a tape measure. Just have to know what you're doing. I plan on making more videos like these in the near future.

That's an awesome idea. Thanks for sharing that with us. I'm pinning that comment. Hopefully some apprentices will read it. Thanks again.
Depending on the finish of the floor a speed square also work good in the replacement of a bolt
Thanks for stopping by. Please share it with friends and coworkers.
This definitely needs more views!

What would you say the best method to lay out your conduit run is to get it nice and straight like a pro?
