Thanks bro. You want to know how I know what I know? Right now it's 10:30 pm and I'm studying. I've been studying for 2 hours. Right now I'm about to stop. Then I'm going to get on the computer and work on building my website for an hour. Then I'll hit the bed grab a book and read till I knock out.
Oh and thank you my brother. I'm no genius I just like being prepared. There is no worse feeling than being unprepared for a job. At least for me there ain't. @@TheArtOfConduitBending by the way, do you have a video where you show how to do a kick using a prefab 90 degree elbow and bending the desired degree using a hydraulic bender? At my job site they have the 881 CT Cam Track Hydraulic bender.
@@framos3 damn I got so many videos with kicks I can't remember. But I use prefab 90s all the time when I need to throw a kick in a conduit. I'll send you some links but they are long videos. Is there something I can help you with now. Do you have a question?
I don't fully understand. You mean using center of bend to make all your bends? Actually I don't have any video on that. That's a video I should do. I never thought about doing one because it's the same process as not bending on center. The only difference is charting your bender with all the center marks. I have a video on how to do that. Just look up charting your bender by holmzlaw.
@@TheArtOfConduitBending thanks for writing back. I have never done bending using center of bend to center of bend but I have heard of it I believe. But what I think I am asking is basicly from the center mark made on each pre fab that is the distance when you use your multiplier for that degree of bend ? so if i bent on a hand bender a 4" offset at 30 deg and then marked center of bend on each. The distance between each mark would be 8 " just like my multiplier was 8" between marks?
Before this video I would mock up the pre fabs on the ground and measure what they give me then work it back wards and figure out how much I’d need to add or reduce my cut piece . That method has worked for me but it’s good to know diff ways to skin a cat so you’re never left out there like a chicken with its head cut off .
Yes for sure. Whatever works right. What I'm want to do is just show everyone. With a little patience and math. You can actually make it easier on yourself. That's all. Thanks for the comment.
Fucking nice!!!👍 you da real deal. I appreciate your time and effort mr. Holmz I use your videos in conjunction with my conduit bending books 📚 and I’ve gone from no bending to bending with my foreman 🤓
Great content bro. Quick question, I thought that in order to calculate a 90 with a kick, you had to measure from the center of the conduit in the back of the 90, not on the actual back of 90. Your comment would be greatly appreciated
Sorry it took so long to answer back. When you are dealing with prefab the procedure is a little different. I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to ask me though. Best way to ask me questions is on my discord server called Holmzlaw.

Whats your best video to watch explaining how to use bending to center?

Here is the video for charting your bender. I'll try to come out with a video on bending on center.

That's what I like to hear broski.
Tht take too long couple up the two offset measures the height then subtract it from the high u need then multiple by the offset multiplier
That's pretty much the same thing. It sounds like it might take to long but it really doesn't. Anyway thanks for sharing your method.
