There is also an app called Intellect that i love, it has like "courses" (everything for free) about different topics all aiming for self improvement (such as coping mechanisms, beating procrastination, assertiveness, etc). Each course is split into short lessons that you finish very quickly, it's fun. It also has rescue sessions for when you had a rough day and need help or reassurance. Very recommended ❤

i was wondering if you have any app recommendations for taking general notes and checklists, an app for journaling, and perhaps something that is available on pc as well? if you know any that are also compatible for android users that'd be great!
if you know and recommend any, i would be more than happy to know! obviously, you don't have to, but it would really make my day if you let me know. i've been looking for good apps for a while now, but can't seem to find anything good, comfortable, and easy to use (that doesn't contain ads or asks for too much money).
