It is so helpful to start your day with a smile, and just making your bed after u woke up than checking your phone is equivalent to something that u would want to achieve or be done within the entire day. You will see the difference, it feels lighter to accomplish something than nothing. :'> Just keep going and be motivated always. ❤️

It is called Jour, and it’s basically an online journaling app which stores daily journal prompts for you everyday, a looooooooot more! It has helped me keep track of everything I want to clean out for the past few weeks. I hope you can try it out and share your thoughts for it in another video!

Other few habits I would like to share are making your bed in the morning, go sit outside for 20 minutes if you can (the weather is getting really nice in The Netherlands so I’m very excited for that) and to make a morning playlist you can jam to when you wake up! :)
I highly recommend doing some Yoga as well! It strengthens your body (not as much as intensive strength training lol) but much enough for sitting all day in front of the computer, because of the pandemic & studying all of the time. Many people including me got some back pain and Yoga prevent such physical problems! It also helps your mental health to be stable. There are several videos like Yin Yoga or else too on UA-cam and some have a minimum length of 20 minutes, which seem quite possible for everyone! I'm writing this because I know some people who are thinking about doing that, so here is your sign, just to start right away! :)
