  • This Cardio SPLASH workout is destined to get you wet all over! We will move through a variety of fun pool exercises to burn a ton of calories, tone your body and strengthen your core. All you need is one aqua buoy (water dumbbell) and some determination. Join AquaFIIT Coach Stacy for a fun way to move in your pool!
    This workout is for ANYONE (ALL Levels) who loves to move in their pools. Work to your own intensity and take breaks as needed. A warm up is included and there are pictures of stretches at the end for you to get a complete workout in 30 minutes.
