I followed this workout routine for a month & I see the results already. Working on improving my meal to reap more benefits. Will keep pushing myself to catch up with the speed while I maintain good form.

It was 23:00, I agreed with myself I would do this workout today. I came up with many excuses. But I did it. I was tired, really out of shape, far from a perfect workout, but I did it. It absolutely destroyed me. Thanks duder 👍
well im sweating and panting like crazy but I did it! i definitely had to modify some of the workouts and there were times when I collapsed halfway through a set because I literally did not have the strength to keep going. but I did the entire video! and I didn't even pause the video to give myself extra rest time. I'm gonna try to do this a few times every week and I'll update my progress!! I started this on Jan 2nd, I'm committed to doing it this whole month! day 2: rest (I'm so sore oh my gosh) day 3: I must be a little bit crazy for coming back to this video because whew I am dying once again. but I still finished the video! I definitely wasn't at nearly the same pace as Rowan was (I probably did 1 rep for every 2-3 he did), and I did straight up skip 2 exercises (I'm looking at you, walk-out squats and burpees), but I'm counting this as a win still 💪 day 4: rest day 5: I did it! I even added in the walk-out squats this time - 3 reps! I definitely need to work on improving my cardio (the high knees in particular) and my push-ups stamina/arm strength. but I do feel like parts of this video are already getting a bit easier for me to follow along with, so that's exciting! day 6: rest. I'm not nearly as sore as I was on the day after doing this video for the first time! I'm not sure if that means I'm getting stronger or I simply didn't commit to it as much yesterday, but I'm gonna choose to believe it's the first option 😎 day 7: I'm feeling pretty good today, but I decided to do a different workout because I don't wanna risk overtraining. I'm aiming to be back here by tomorrow or Friday! day 8: rest day 9: different workout day 10: whew boy. today is Saturday, so I took a longer break from this workout than I intended to. I was definitely struggling today, but I was also able to do every single workout! Some of them, I could only do 2-3 reps of, but I still did them! I'm still modifying my push-ups and planks, but I have noticed improvement in how many I could do! And that's after only doing this video 4 times!!! I'm excited to see how much I've progressed by the end of the month! day 11: rest day 12: more or less the same notes as day 10, except the cardio section was way harder for me today for some reason. progress isn't linear 💪 day 13: rest day 14: my health tracker says that I'm overtraining, so today is another rest day :)
I used to work out 3 times pr week but I had a giant work load at my job so I burned out.. Can't make it to the gym so after one and a half month i decided to do this challange... My man, I'm sweating, my stomache muscles are killing me, my legs are shaking and my arms are sore. Imma do this a few times a week instead. Solid! Thanks man

I was using your previous workout plan the 45 minute one I thought it was a really well-balanced nice workout plan. I like how you incorporate different workouts into this one and I will most definitely definitely be using your workouts in the future i’d love to see a full body workout every month to switch it up

Working out is an underrated drug!! 1st time: Before workout I was feeling lonely because of home office, kinda negative emotions because of ending of the year. After workout, feeling dopamine in my blood, motivated and all negative thoughts are gone
Day 1: Reached 20:04 mark . Although I am quite athletic this got a toll on my body I can keep going but I am feeling dizzy and I think I will stop here today.
