Every since I've started coaching throws and training this has been a guide, easy to learn for me very reliable content its something I've used and it's fucking magic i coached a kid who before i came there had a PR in the shot of 28 ft one year later and only and only one month in the weight room (3-4× per week depends on schedule) hit a PR of 11 ft in one year i got the proof and another kid got a PR in the shot of 7 ft and quafilied for State and finished 8th in the state championships Thanks for the knowledge I learned from watching your content for three years straight like clock work i applied everything just from UA-cam I can only imagine what happens if I start by the courses which I will be very soon I'm trying to speak to my strength and conditioning coach see we can actually apply some of these methods I know for sure this stuff works
Push up tip is great! I noticed my bench was dropping the more focused I was on benching a ton. I start throwing in push ups and suddenly my bench blew up!

Question on the pushups every day. Is that realistic? Can you do 50 clap pushups every day without risk of too much fatigue or injury? I'm a former sprinter who switched to throwing recently. My bench is about ~170-180 and I threw 10m with the 16ibs Collegiate shot (I'm d3). I'm trying to really improve my shot and discus. Would this be a great way to increase my explosiveness?
