hey so i dont know if you have any tips but ive been relaxing my body and just using technique and im in middle school 8th grade i threw two prs yesterday 120 and 121 and im throwing over a hundred constantly i just need to know if its good and how should i use my body cordination in my throws like say my muscles because i havent been using them and im 5'9 189 pounds

Bro snatch is just an explosive moment,focus on broad jumps,box jumps ,bound etc
Depending on the nature of your shoulder injury, possibly power cleans or high pulls. . .
