Make sense since the path of the shot is so shorter then discus to try a longer path, + the crouser start add a bit of inertia to the whole body, that when the left groudn to start the rotation is transfered to the upper body and increasing velocity (?). Dunno i trowh 13 mt but the funny crouser start felt soo good to me (i study to compensate my lack of 200kg bench)
Would the Stipe Start help with someone who over rotates with the right sweep out of the back? like so they are more in the middle instead of on the left side of the front of the circle in the power.
