It’s sad that the media has really convinced 80% of blacks into believing that trump is racist. I stand strong with the president as a Black woman! As an American I am proud of Senator Tim Scott for his initiatives like Opportunity Zones; like Police Reform ....his mother is such a lovely lady, as a mother I have a lot of admiration for her, for the way she raised her son, not easy to raise children no matter where , to hear that people had had the nerve to call him bad things, it is so unfair.

I feel like Tim could've been the Joe Manchin of the party but he didn't have the strength to go that "far" of barely disagreeing with his party leader +15% more on POLICY not just public which is admirable from Manchin even though I dislike him yet support him because we NEED him at the end of the day. I like this guy. In my view, he is America's futur.
He looks a lot younger than 52, I wish him many, many more years, as we need his common-sensible and honest leadership. I think he's awesome and very trustworthy (something the cynic in me doesn't extend to too many people in Washington DC). I wonder if wanting to please and being accountable to a living parent (or being a good example to one's children, for that matter) brings added strength to one's internal compass that may be lost in later years as some politicians and bureaucrats age in their jobs?
Disagreeing, calling (even) friends out, talking about it, reasoning together, seeking better understandings, not hiding another agenda.... we need more of this.
