Truly a great scene to show off the surreal dynamics of the duality. (I find it funny that shift in music to the realization is the "honeymoon is over." Ha ha that's comedy gold Joker style).
Loved this scene, loved how it was Murray’s set. They couldn’t use it in real life so it was all in his head! Loved how Joker’s voice got closer to a singer here. Like he is more of a singer here than the other songs. Like him and Harley been together singing for a long time in his head.
I think the character of Harley in this movie reflects dual nature of Arthur. Basically, he hates himself and wants to kill himself the whole time (remember the scene from the first movie when he points the gun to his head in the dressing room) but creates the character of Joker who adores himself as an antithesis. Arthur tries to save his own life but Harley doesn't let him while Joker is the opposite of everything Arthur is.
My favorite scene from the movie. I want a full version of the song! Arthur subliminally having this questions/conversation in his head whether lee really loves her just like what his lawyers says to him.
I wouldn't say that, but it undeniably had some beautiful points in it. When looking at fractions of it like this, it makes it look like an amazing movie.
@Parker_-gc2do entiendo por que la decepción y no ver al Joker qué ellos querían pero, la están sobreodiando muchísimo que para mi es injusto, merece más reconocimiento...
-What happened? -Well you weren't looking at me anymore. You were making it all about yourself. And the song is about loving mEEEEE. -Now look who's making it all about themselves.
@@Kiiieeechiii To me he is the actual Joker. Yeah, he said “there is no joker, it’s just me… I killed six people” but just cause he said that doesn’t mean he isn’t joker. He was basically confessing to being Arthur Fleck, the multiple personality disorder that could have freed him didn’t exist. He never blacked out, he killed all those people as Arthur Fleck. He was fully aware. That’s what makes the film beautiful, he is the first Joker to confess and try to live as Arthur, but his fanbase killed him because he didn’t wanna be Joker 24/7. I don’t even think he was gonna stop being Joker, he just wanted to be known as Arthur. He didn’t wanna live a lie for having multiple personalities, he was fully conscious when he killed all those people. That’s why I love this Joker, even if he says Joker doesn’t exist. To me, he is the one true Joker.
This is how the Folie á Deux should've been depicted thru out the movie, them having a talkshow not caring about the real world! Instead we got most of the musical numbers just inside Arthur's mind
This Movie will be a classic if people are ready for it. Its ahead of its time. But actually everything that Gaga does is ahead its time. People still stuck in The dark Knight Timeline. Give them time to grow.
Originally Sophie was gonna get killed off by Lee (no I'm not calling her Harley) once she found out she gonna give out her testimony, similar like how Arthur killed off Randall in his apartment
Unfortunately, it's clear Lady Gaga is a WAY better singer than Joaquin Phoenix (at least for songs of this range, lol), but, hey, it's still a pretty good scene...:)
Soundtrack version. For some songs on the album they're longer / don't include dialogue. I put movie version to differentiate it from other videos uploaded before the 29th which were just edited MVs of the first film with music from the album afaik.

Don’t care what no one says it’s a wonderful movie
Best scene ever. The looks, the song, the performances!

I love this moment so much
This is probably the most significant "musical number" in the movie. It underlines the movie's point quite blatantly.
The skit they were doing was actually kind of cute. Up until the moment she shot him, of course.
It’s called “shock value”.
Made me actually wish Harley shot him instead and that was how he died since Harley was so head over heels for the Joker persona
@@craigledger4645 not really shocking since it's a pure fantasy
I cant even take this serious lol. Its a fantasy sequence.

music.ua-cam.com/video/VZ9AQEsrz-E/v-deo.html Does this do?
@X3Lament it's just a short version too. 🥲 Thanks
Have you noticed that Lee and Arthur are wearing wedding rings 😍
I cant stress how much I'd admire this duo
Joker:folie à deux is a artistic masterpiece of all time
Seriously?
I wouldn't say that, but it undeniably had some beautiful points in it. When looking at fractions of it like this, it makes it look like an amazing movie.
u mean autistic?
Hmm, hahahahahahahahha hah...hah....ha hah........no
It sure is one of the movies of all time...
Le musiche in joker molto belle loro due straordinari!!! ❤❤

The only musical i enjoyed throughout the movie
The song is about loving MEEEEEEEEEE! 🤩
No entiendo como pueden odiar esta pelicula
La gente se deja influenciar rápidamente en las redes. Si no estas de acuerdo con ellos solo te atacarán.

Grammy Award.

Joaquin's voice is so perfect ❤️

@@Granados07It is but we're singing for them. That's why we're here honey~
@@Parker_-gc2do"oh, cuz I got the sneakiest suspicion that we’re NOT giving the people WHAT. THEY. WANT!!!"

You're right. Let's give the people what they want.

I hear a voice like Arthur's in the cheers.
Like the delusional Franklin show in Joker 1.
Gonna Build a Mountain and the animated sequence please!
As a standalone film, guess both these movies are okay. The first one was great, this one, I just can’t do haha I’m glad people like it though.
Honestly I'm glad you have that mindset. I personally like the movie. But I understand why people don't like it.
I don’t like it. I love it, it’s an 8/10. We never needed Batman in these films
If he would’ve turned out to be the actual “joker” then I slightly would’ve liked it more. The last half and ending ruined it for me.

The movie is so bad
I mean…it had some good moments lol
2 Golden Globes - Jo's and Lee's
I wish they never made this film, the original was perfect.
I honestly thought they were going to sing ' I got you babe'
Imagine Arthur and Sophie performing this deut too!
Originally Sophie was gonna get killed off by Lee (no I'm not calling her Harley) once she found out she gonna give out her testimony, similar like how Arthur killed off Randall in his apartment
Lee has love only for The Fame
i like her so there

You can upload the last scene of Lee and joker?
I do like this scene. But the tone between this and the first movie is laughable.

This movie was a whole other level of garabage.
