This is very true. I experienced a long list of problems due to this sedentary lifestyle. In the end, you will suffer a lot more from the problems you get by being unhealthy, than you will ever suffer from doing the things to make you healthy.
Ask for a sit/stand desk, and try to take little walks between calls where possible. Or go all extra and do jumping jacks and burpees between calls, and bicep curls with hand weights while on a call 👀
