Another great video Romario--thanks! I'm not aware of another (new) active 55+ community on this side of Orlando other than DW Sunbridge. Don't forget that Publix has already broken ground on a new location to support the growth at Sunbridge at the intersection of Narcoossee and Cyrils. Should be open some time in 2024.
