We just purchased a home in St Cloud, love the area but the traffic situation is getting bad. My feeling of the area is building up too fast and they need to build more roads to accommodate the growing population
35 years ago I was talking to an old couple from St Cloud. When they were kids they swam in Lake Toho. Some good winning holes. They said bottom dug out of lakes in the early 1900s to fill new streets. Today's fishermen are happy they did.
My Dad grew up in St. Cloud with his grandparents on New York St.. Then I was lucky enough to spend the summers in the 70's and early 80's with my grandparents in St. Cloud on Tennessee street between 7th & 8th street. I remember when some of the roads were still dirt and the mosquito truck would come through at night. It was a great area. Wish my Grandparents wouldn't have sold their property back in 1982. Would love to move back there someday.
The video doesn’t talk about how the infrastructure of the roads isn’t been updated to keep up with the building and they’ve been building faster and faster every day so it takes an hour to drive 3 miles in the morning to get to the turnpike
Love Crossprairie as it is right next to the turnpike, will have an urban center and I heard of a lagoon that will be over that side as well. What are your thoughts when compared to Sunbridge?
Hi! If you have to choose in St. Cloud between Crosspraire or The Crossing (Narcoossee area) which one you pick? Work M-T in Celebration but my family like Lake Nona area life style, just can’t afford a single family there. Thanks in advance!
You forgot to mention Twin Lakes subdivision has HOA fees of 400 bucks a month that is insane so let's be honest Twin Lakes is way too expensive it's like paying another mortgage HOA fees
Looking into St cloud area for a second home. Currently live in Indiana and will be in town soon. Are any of the townhomes available to view or are they still building?
Tbh i hate the growth of this county. What used to a small town now has over 400k people living here. For the past 8 generations my family have lived in osceola county and it would be nothing like how it was 2 generations ago
This place has turned into a dump you can’t travel anywhere everywhere in town is 30 minutes from anywhere else in town because there’s no roads and a million homes , they sure didn’t show you the road congestion. Half this was shot in lake nona
Not a dump yet but it will be shortly. This video is an utter joke. Don't mind a town goin thru changes. This one's gone thru a TON over the decades, but it's not only pathetically ridiculous now, these fools makin all these y.t. vids.know zero about the places they're yappin on about. Was more than 25 % of this video even in StC? Lmaoo. No, it was all Lake Nona & way North Narcoossee. 😅 Love all the little tide bits they thought were cute and charming that weren't even correct.
As someone who’s lived here their whole life….. please stop advertising it and moving here. This place use to value “small town living”. But they got greedy with how much money they could make by aggressively building
What do you see happening in the next decade with the population growth in St. Cloud? St. Cloud seems like the fastest growing area of Orlando right now.
You missed so much in this video. There used to be orange groves all over, making the streets filled with their fragrance as you drove by. You could look out your window and see cows grazing in the pasture or wild turkeys. On your way to school, you would see your classmate riding in on their horse. Not anymore. They built so many houses and tore up the land. It’s not even called a small town anymore. They took everything that was special about Saint Cloud and ruined it.
St Cloud is not an ideal place. Too close to Disney. The traffic is insane trying to get out of town and the surrounding areas are very blah. I have lived in central Fla for 50 years and the Orlando area is getting way too crowded.
You must be joking cross Prairie starts out at 350,000 for a piece of junk we went and looked at these houses the prices are ridiculously high ridiculously high it's ridiculous zoning has changed all these houses are too close together if y'all don't believe me go take a look you're going to pay half a million dollars for a piece of junk
Thinking of selling or buying a home in greeter Orlando? We’d love to help! Visit theorlandoreal.com/youtube to get started.

Ken, very informative and well-done as usual--thanks for the St. Cloud update!

Could only imagine what that house would be worth today.
Still dirt and brick roads & mosquito truck comes every 2 weeks.
You ain't gonna wanna come back to live. Trust in that.
Traffic is horrendous. 30-35 minutes to go 8 miles to work. And getting worse every day.
And every main roadway is under construction all at the same time for the next 2-4 years.
The video doesn’t talk about how the infrastructure of the roads isn’t been updated to keep up with the building and they’ve been building faster and faster every day so it takes an hour to drive 3 miles in the morning to get to the turnpike
So true. It's horrendous. Just trying to turn left out of my development takes me 10 minutes if it's in the morning or evening.

Love this property!! Great info .
We love Del Webb Sunbridge. Moved here 3 years ago.
Amazing! It’s hard not to love a DelWebb community!

Thank you so much for the information
Thanks for following along!

Appreciate you watching!
Ken: “Have you heard of Crossprarie?”
Kristen: “Nooooo!”
🤣🤣🤣

Def purely moved here for the price. Went with new construction for our first home but hope to do a custom home like that in the future.
跟着你精致的视频,我已经去过windermere,去过了lake mary ,heathrow.......,还有很多很多地方,看到了不同的风景,为你点赞!祝越来越好!
Is there any comunity in Saint Cloud similar to Eagle Creek?
I live on the border of Kissimmee and St Cloud on 192 by the turnpike. Lots of traffic but nice area
Traffic is picking up for sure. What do you think of all the changes happening in the area?
You forgot to mention Twin Lakes subdivision has HOA fees of 400 bucks a month that is insane so let's be honest Twin Lakes is way too expensive it's like paying another mortgage HOA fees
I wish the jobs paid better in Florida . Loved living there

Yep! Building already. Plenty to see

...& yes, the roads are a dump, that part is true.
That’ll change when the taxes start rolling in

Crossprairie adding 10k homes with urban center
It’s going to be massive!
Traffic!!!!
Expect hours in your car!
Narcoossee Traffic
192 Traffic
Another Reason: Neighbor smoking meth in the backyard.

Your statement is half a million dollars is affordable prices 350,000 that's ridiculous statement
This home is gorgeous. I could fit a horse in the back easily (kidding)
But for real though! 😂🐎

It’s like this everywhere. Accept the new normal, buy an old house, or pay top dollar for custom.
That property is a bargain at $1.5m
In 10 years it'll all be under water, lol.
Affordable? Bs
ST CLOUD SUCKS
More videos with the blonde woman. She's beautiful.
Her partner agrees. She’s also super knowledgeable and one of the top agents in Orlando.
Well said, Ken!
