Living here 45 years since 1979. It’s been fascinating how people critique Clermont. Growing up nightly running around JC Beach/Waterfront Park in the 80’s to present. It’s heartwarming seeing people discover the Beauty of the area.
That’s my best friend!!
This was such an organic conversation between the two of you. I look forward to more collaborations 🤗
Thank you! She was awesome, sure we’ll do something again in the future

Thanks for sharing videos on Clermont! We are very excited about a potential move to this area.
Thanks for watching!
I moved to Clermont about 3 years ago not knowing the amount of growth that was happening here. If I would've known then, what I know now, I would've stayed where I was.
Always good to do research or partner with someone that knows what's coming to any given area. At least you probably have some good equity!
So, you say this, where would you move now? I am moving down in May, and want to stay near Disney area. However, I'm not at all dependent on job market, or traffic. My number one concern is CRIME and safety. Believe me. I'm the person who will go to the gun range weekly to proactively practice and get training and safety! I think if more would arm themselves and get training, crime would go away! Car Jack me? DEAD. Break in my house? DEAD. Come at me on the street? That c phone might have been a gun. DEAD. I for one, am so sick of trash running this country! Trailer trash. Ghetto Trash. Illegals. We need to make them all know, you aren't getting away with it anymore!
Amazing show. Any economic development updates on Minneola?
Not much, some rezoning on the industrial park section of the development and a couple projects now breaking ground. Gonna be making an update video for that area fairly soon.
yo that’s my aunt 💀
Haha your aunt is awesome!
❤
Are there a lot of hills in clermont?
A lot is a subjective term but I will say it’s the most hilly out of anywhere in Central Florida.
The topography is certainly unique in that sense
Include Brooksville and St. Leo...
Was a lot of hills but the greed on building they chopped all the trees and killed all the wildlife and flatten it down to bring you all another useless fast food disgusting place
Clermont, Minneola, and Groveland are hilly by any other state standards. These areas are full of legit rolling high elevation hills. Clermont even has a mini mountain called sugarloaf mountain. Which is 320 feet in elevation. And gives a breathtaking view of the Orlando skyline. Which is impressively 45mins away. Most of Lake county is full of towns with rolling hills and hill top views. Other honorable mentions would be Mount Dora, Leesburg, Eustis, Lady Lake.
So 15 minutes to the store is not close enough??
Not for some
Clermont Fl, is a town plagued by traffic congestion, struggling educational institutions, limited employment opportunities, it has affordable housing options, but crime issues.
Not a fan of Clermont I’m guessing?
@@OrlandowithMario example lipstick on a pig it’s still a pig correct? Clermont is for people that can’t afford Orange County. It’s just like poinciana fl but lake county version. It’s unfortunate builders should make lots 80ft standard with more room then two cars for a driveway. Schools reflect the area accurately. Too far away.
Do you have any data you can share on the crime there? It’s an area on my radar but crime and poor schools are a definite no go zone.
@@CR-sp7ls just google Florida school grades you can see everything there. And look up Andrew jones clermont sad story
The CRIME comments kill me. What crime exactly? Where? Are the ghetto trash robbing nice homes in communities? The crime maps are so misleading and make no sense! Likewise, being a gun state with even the option to conceal carry, what is going on ? Are people just not getting gun training and protecting themselves and property?
You lost me at affordability
Aw man, what do you consider affordable to be?
