I wouldn't swim in any Lake in Florida, but some people do.
Alligators can be in any body of water, but alligator attacks are extremely rare. You are much more likely to be attacked and killed by a cow than alligator :) They are more scared of us than we are of them.

That front facade is a mess
The kitchen with its dark cabinets and dark granite and no gas range looks and feels very dated.
