You say your falling, hope you have been to the doctor, I know myself I had a couple of pretty good tumbles I felt fine but boy oh boy that next day and black and blue I didn't feel anything off. Never broke a bone and these days that's what scares me and I'm not bragging either. I do try to keep moving, haven't been as fit as I was when I was younger I have some health problems, not making excuses 😉. Take care and be careful and safe.☮️

I'm adding my 5 lb weights I'm not sure if I can do them both at the same time so I'll start with five and add on the secondary as soon as I'm able. I'm 48 I have a lot of injuries but there are so many people who have shown me recently that I'm not coming back from injuries I'm simply looking at things through a different lens and taking it seriously for the first time..... And I've never been able to get through my pain barriers, but here we go!!! ❤
Added 50 of these to my routine of your 5minute toned arms and legs - doing your expertises has made such a difference to my shape over the last year! So, I do around 30 minutes daily and I miss it if I am unable to have this time to myself. I am 61.

If you could have gone more, then you're not really working out the muscle anymore, you would be better to drop down to a set of 50 while using a 5lb weight. Let me know if you 'get bored' then 😂
The overhead Tricep Extension should NOT be working your shoulder muscles AT ALL! You should be isolating your triceps, and using your Glutes and Core muscles for stability. You're most likely not doing this exercise properly.
Hi Hun, great video. I needed this. You look amazing! I am 63. I lost 167 in the last two years. I've maintained 144 for 7 months. Needless to say I have a ton of extra skin now. Being 63 and married fo 40 years I don't really care what it looks like, but I want to be healthier, that why I lost weight and so my skin should feel and look good too. I never thought your BMI (Body Mass Index) was important, but I have lots of hospital stays and they always put it on my chart. So, this time we changed what we ate and I only focused on a healthy BMI. I went from 56.9 to 20.8. I'll keep going until I reach my perfect BMI then just maintain. Just sharing my story. Blessings

All of the women in here are so amazing and my idols now! I’m a teen trying to get in shape and boost my confidence by working out. I was in a slum but getting back into exercise. And this works it’s amazing and I love it! I’m gonna keep doing this in my workouts.

And now you have given me a challenge, because despite good training the skin around my triceps is soggy after loosing a lot of weight. ;-) Looking forward to more videos from you. I did 45 also, felt it all around the upper arm. No exercise has ever fixed my flabby arms, even when I was young. I'll give this a try though!

According to Dr Berg who's on UA-cam, stated that the only way to lessen arm fat is to stretch and work on your fascia. ??😮
