    I did 100 after finishing your beach arm workout! Thank to you my arms are much stronger. I’m 59 and I had been falling at least weekly. I have been doing your videos for about 3-4 months I haven’t fallen once! My balance has improved immensely!! I can’t thank you enough!! ❤

      You say your falling, hope you have been to the doctor, I know myself I had a couple of pretty good tumbles I felt fine but boy oh boy that next day and black and blue I didn't feel anything off. Never broke a bone and these days that's what scares me and I'm not bragging either. I do try to keep moving, haven't been as fit as I was when I was younger I have some health problems, not making excuses 😉. Take care and be careful and safe.☮️

      The power of physical exercise! Lesson learned: when feeling depressed go exercise! (Exercise releases chemicals in the body that helps balance us overall...triggers dopamine also that good feeling you feel when you do Fabulus 50 workouts!!!!

      I did 45 also, felt it all around the upper arm. No exercise has ever fixed my flabby arms, even when I was young. I'll give this a try though!

      😊 I can do 40 without stopping perhaps 50 if I really push, no weights. I'm adding my 5 lb weights I'm not sure if I can do them both at the same time so I'll start with five and add on the secondary as soon as I'm able. I'm 48 I have a lot of injuries but there are so many people who have shown me recently that I'm not coming back from injuries I'm simply looking at things through a different lens and taking it seriously for the first time..... And I've never been able to get through my pain barriers, but here we go!!! ❤

    Added 50 of these to my routine of your 5minute toned arms and legs - doing your expertises has made such a difference to my shape over the last year! So, I do around 30 minutes daily and I miss it if I am unable to have this time to myself. I am 61.

    I'm 53 , trying to get back in shape after my stroke 2 years ago last week,but I actually did 177 but it was hurting my neck .. I've broken it before it's been about 13 years ago.. but I'm trying God will give me strength.. bless you sister 😊😘

    I did 50. I'm 62 but I have a lot of health issues. I love these simple exercises because I can actually do them. I'm hoping as time goes by I can increase the number of times I can do it. Thank you ever so much ❤

      If you could have gone more, then you're not really working out the muscle anymore, you would be better to drop down to a set of 50 while using a 5lb weight. Let me know if you 'get bored' then 😂

      The overhead Tricep Extension should NOT be working your shoulder muscles AT ALL! You should be isolating your triceps, and using your Glutes and Core muscles for stability. You're most likely not doing this exercise properly.

    Hi Hun, great video. I needed this. You look amazing!
    I am 63. I lost 167 in the last two years. I've maintained 144 for 7 months. Needless to say I have a ton of extra skin now. Being 63 and married fo 40 years I don't really care what it looks like, but I want to be healthier, that why I lost weight and so my skin should feel and look good too. I never thought your BMI (Body Mass Index) was important, but I have lots of hospital stays and they always put it on my chart. So, this time we changed what we ate and I only focused on a healthy BMI. I went from 56.9 to 20.8. I'll keep going until I reach my perfect BMI then just maintain. Just sharing my story. Blessings

    Fabulous 50's. I have been doing your exercises for 3 years. I stopped doing it for a while. I have started it again. A colleague of mine came in to work with a sleeveless top on. What have you been doing? she answered "Fabulous 50's". The rest is history!!!

    All of the women in here are so amazing and my idols now! I’m a teen trying to get in shape and boost my confidence by working out. I was in a slum but getting back into exercise. And this works it’s amazing and I love it! I’m gonna keep doing this in my workouts.

    I am 61 yrs old and I did 100 without stopping without any problem. I lift weights twice a week so it was very easy for me; however, I will implement this in my workout plan for warming up on weight day. Thank you for sharing😊

    Stopped counting at 100 ..... I am doing this exercise with weights in the courses in my gym, but never knew where my triceps is. And now you have given me a challenge, because despite good training the skin around my triceps is soggy after loosing a lot of weight. ;-) Looking forward to more videos from you.     Thankyou ... I've done 20x and will continue to do 20x until my right shoulder has healed ( 2 more weeks of physio) then will increase by 5x each week until I achieve 50x. Then will continue at 50x daily.

    I love all your videos, they have been a game changer. I do have bad neck and lower back issues so maybe some I cannot do as well as I would like, but I believe a little is better than none at all. Thank you so much for sharing these.

    I did 35. My left shoulder and upper arm have been hurting for about six months, ever since I got my second COVID booster. Sometimes, I can't even put my bra on. 🤦 Looking for arm exercises that are doable and this is one. Thanks so much. I just started following you. 😊

    I'm doing 100 each time and am averaging 300 per day. This is a great exercise! I'm 72 years old and love the fact that I can wear sleeveless tops! Thanks for posting this exercise!!!!

    According to Dr Berg who's on UA-cam, stated that the only way to lessen arm fat is to stretch and work on your fascia. ??😮
