Did you use CapCut Pro in this video? I'm wondering if the Pro version offers more options for editing captions, similar to Premiere Pro. For example, can you choose between one or two lines, set a maximum character length, and apply these changes to all text automatically instead of manually doing it for each sentence?
I'm very comfortable with Premiere, so I edit with Premiere. I jump into CapCut for effects sometimes. The PRO version of CapCut has more caption animations, and at least one of them will make the captions be just one word, without you have to cut it down. But no, it doesn't have the pro feature premiere has - I use that feature every time I make captions in premiere.

5k words! Yikes! Auto captions doesn't appear to add punctuation, even on desktop. But with a script that long, I'd for SURE try to do this on desktop if at all possible. I can't imagine doing that on a phone. If after creating captions on your phone, and you click on text and still dont' see batch edit, there's a chance that features is not available where you are. All features aren't available in all countries. If not in the US try redownloading with a new email account using a VPN to the US. That MAY work, but I'm not certain. Good luck!@@user-qt8bb9ix1w

You will find subtitles, with their time codes, copy that. Time to move to the chatbots now. When you ask chatGPT to insert punctuation without changing any format or word (yeah thats the mini prompt), it gets it wrong despite several attempts, Bard was more pathetic, and Poe: successfully the worst puppy, the only one with highly accurate result was claude. You need to make a video on that please, since i couldnt find a single video on whole YT. Have a great day

On my iPhone I go into Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Assistive touch. I then hook up my bluetooth mouse to my phone.
