I discovered you when I was gifted a set of kettlebells, I done your full body knee friendly workouts, made a weekly workout from your upper body and lower body videos. Definitely will incorporate this into my weekly workouts, as I can see the benefits for someone my age.
I love this mobility workout…I am at my perimenopause stage of life and this is really helping me through, I try to do this once a day with daily walking as I have a chronic illness it can be hard to even exercise sometimes but I’m trying to keep going and make myself strong again this video is perfect length ,please do more like this ❤️
In friendly sympathy for the desk-bound, might I suggest breaking up your 7 hour inactivity with a couple of Roxannes stretches? 7 hours sounds like a lot of hours!
This made me realize that I need more short mobility and flexability videos. Im 42 and in good shape, healthy etc and I struggled with a few of these moves.
Some moves can be tricky if we don’t practise them often, but with your consistent effort Natasha I’m sure you’ll see progress 😊❤️ stick with it and you’ll do great 💪🏼

Yes remember to take breaks from the desk 😊 7 hours is a long time to be sitting. Glad you found it helpful ❤️
My partner has started to find issues with his back transitioning to a desk job. Very important to take breaks and keep moving through the day 😊❤️👌🏼
