Nice routine. Quick and effective! I definitely felt these exercises targeting my areas of chronic pain and tightness in the upper/thoracic spine area.
Very effective Luke! I like this sequence and specially since this is the area I struggle with the most from sitting at my computer all day. Very nice choice of movements to get deeper into the thoracic region.
love this ty. Ive had upper back pain between my shoulder blades and im not sure whether its a stiff thoracic spine or muscle strain. these exercises hurt when i performed them, i just hope the pain goes soon lol...
@@DanSanniti i had the issue for months, these stretches felt good but afterwards it always came back. I stopped stretching for a few days and the pain sort of faded. I don't know why or how it came about but sometimes I think stretches can worsen the issue and the muscle just needs to rest. Great video for injury prevention though, did these stretches for a few weeks but not following the video, just randomly when it played up - like i say, felt nice but not sure how much it worked.

Did you continue to do the exercises for a certain consistent amount of time? Did it eventually cure your issue?
