Tomas's jello oats are really delicious, and I only got through 3/4 of it because of the incredibly high volume. Just some tips for anyone else making it: Pour the hot water into the gelatin not the other way around (to avoid clumping), add more cinnamon than you think, add a lot more sweetener than he says to, and a bit more coffee as well, I found the flavor to be lacking. Overall it is an interesting and great recipe though.
The Gelatin Oats is just...wow. Been researching gelatin and it's supposedly good for connective tissue, skin, nails, etc. With added protein, good flavour, and a smooth texture...I have to say: GENIUS.

The turkey breast alone would be over 1285 calories. The breading would be over 400, despite how light it is.

I’ve found recently that Splenda brown sugar is absolutely incredible. My go to is a carmel rice cake with Greek yogurt spread on top(sometimes I mix it with protein powder) and Splenda brown sugar on top. It really fills that need for something sweet.

As a low cal snack, I make gelatine cupcakes with 0 sugar lemonade or grenadine, and sometimes I add in some slices of strawberry or something. It's sweet and very filling!

If you have a ice cream maker, I highly recommend using it to make anabolic ice cream. You simply leave out the ice when blending up the smoothie. The consistency is much closer to ice cream when it's frozen while being churned. Depending on your ingredients, the leftovers might freeze solid, but 20-30 seconds in the microwave softens it enough to eat without any trouble.
You should do a "day in the life of my subscribers" series where we can send you what we eat and do in a day and you can mimic it and give your rating for each meal and work out with occasional tweaks to help us make healthier choices.

Chopped uncured ham if wanted. Fresh cracked peeper and two lemons juiced. Bring to a boil then let sit and enjoy!!! Very low calorie high protein food and good amount of food for at least a week.

Take 30 grams of PB2 powder. (The peanut butter powder) 25 ish grams of sugar free syrup (Mix together to get peanut butter consistency) Then use sugar free jelly and low calorie bread. The macros are about the same (depending on what bread) as a protein bar. 20 ish grams protein and 250-300 calories

low cal food hack: When ure craving pizza, make a sandwich toast with mozarella and ham (or bacon), and spread conservative on your bread, add some oregano too :3
Low Carb Chilli Makes 12qt 48 servings, each serving is 1 cup. 95 Calories (more if you add whey) 9.7g total carb 13.3g protein (more if you add whey) 4.2g Fat 61mg Cholest. 592mg sodium (more or less) 5lbs 80/20 ground beef - washed multiple times during cooking to remove as much fat as possible 4 packets of taco seasoning stirred into the meat after fat is removed 1 onion 3 green bell peppers 4 large cans of chunked tomatoes 2-8 tablespoons of guar gum ( thicken it to what you want but do not use too much) 4 jalapenos (no core or seeds, or core and seeds depending on if you like spicy) 1/2 tablespoon Potassium Chloride (dont go overboard) use it to accent the pot so you dont need as much salt. salt as little or as much as you want. I dont add any but you could. pepper 4-8oz Taco Bell medium taco sauce 2 jars of no sugar added spaghetti sauce (i prefer meat flavor but whatever low sodium/low sugar is better.) You can add unflavored whey powder to increase the protein content depending if you need a lower-calorie diet or higher protein. The broth of the chili makes you very full, I find 1-2 cups is more than enough to keep me going for hours. Put it into preportioned plastic bowls and freeze, it should keep for at least 6 months.
Will you should make a video on microwave recipes! A lot of college students and active duty are limited to them so it makes meal prep and meeting macros harder since highly processed foods are mostly seen as the “only” (easy to see) option!
6 oz or so of greek yogurt in a bowl, add some vanilla and some sweetener of choice, mix up so you have essentially vanilla yogurt. Now add lots of frozen blueberries. Enough to freeze the yogurt. Mix it up like it's coldstone ice cream.

Take 30 grams of PB2 powder. (The peanut butter powder)
25 ish grams of sugar free syrup
(Mix together to get peanut butter consistency)
Then use sugar free jelly and low calorie bread. The macros are about the same (depending on what bread) as a protein bar. 20 ish grams protein and 250-300 calories

Makes 12qt
48 servings, each serving is 1 cup.
95 Calories (more if you add whey)
9.7g total carb
13.3g protein (more if you add whey)
4.2g Fat

592mg sodium (more or less)
5lbs 80/20 ground beef
- washed multiple times during cooking to remove as much fat as possible
4 packets of taco seasoning stirred into the meat after fat is removed
1 onion
3 green bell peppers
4 large cans of chunked tomatoes
2-8 tablespoons of guar gum ( thicken it to what you want but do not use too much)
4 jalapenos (no core or seeds, or core and seeds depending on if you like spicy)
1/2 tablespoon Potassium Chloride (dont go overboard) use it to accent the pot so you dont need as much salt.
salt as little or as much as you want. I dont add any but you could.

4-8oz Taco Bell medium taco sauce
2 jars of no sugar added spaghetti sauce (i prefer meat flavor but whatever low sodium/low sugar is better.)
You can add unflavored whey powder to increase the protein content depending if you need a lower-calorie diet or higher protein. The broth of the chili makes you very full, I find 1-2 cups is more than enough to keep me going for hours. Put it into preportioned plastic bowls and freeze, it should keep for at least 6 months.

6 oz or so of greek yogurt in a bowl, add some vanilla and some sweetener of choice, mix up so you have essentially vanilla yogurt. Now add lots of frozen blueberries. Enough to freeze the yogurt. Mix it up like it's coldstone ice cream.
