It's not because of her demographic. From what I understand, a lot of fitness enthusiasts and trainers claim that she's a bit pretentious and her knowledge of fitness and dieting is nowhere near as great as she leads her audience to believe. I think it’s just because she actually curates her workouts for you to follow on a daily basis depending on what your possible goal could be. And they’re free. I think a lot of people hate on her because she provides free content (other than ads) when you would normally pay other UA-cam fitness personalities for a program.
She helps people get a good workout FOR FREEEEEE. I don't get why people give her such a hard time. I did her challenges and I didn't lose weight but I got leaner and it really helped improve my asthma. Plus I just had a baby and it was hard to eat right as a result so there's that. But when my kiddo wasn't letting me do them I stopped at no loss to me because it was freeeee. Her advice is free and useful. Don't like it don't do it. Easy as that

I'm always happy to see people who are actually fit struggle through or feel exhausted after her workouts too. Makes me feel better, and know that even as I get stronger, I will always be cursing the screen for "just one more excercise, don't give up" haha

@@Avolali if you’re starting as a completely sedentary person then her workouts may hold some value to you but going on a walk/swim/ bike ride will burn more calories and doing resistance training would help more in building muscle. Since most women would rather prioritize legs and abs than a well rounded physique you could do squats, calf raises, hip thrusts, sissy squats, Romanian deadlifts, and sit ups along with a jog for cardio

The thing about her workouts is that you don't have to combine the videos, because she has a full workout schedule on her site. And in her many videos she explains that of course you can't get abs in two weeks, and that some people are going to see results after 3 weeks but others will see in maybe 6 weeks. And as with any workout you need to be consistent in order to see results.

Back in 2017 I lost 40lbs in 4-5 months following Chloe tings workouts. She really helps in “burning fat” and making sure you move when you’re busy. Changed my life 💙

If you think about it, it is quite simple: Do regular hard work outs a little of the time, move around moderate a lot of the time and eat a variety of real food in moderation. Oh, and focus on important stuff like your family/friends and your well being (sleep/rest). I doubt she worries about shit on social media.

Wtf is wrong with people? Literally I eat 3000 cals and am only 10lbs heavier and 1 inch taller. I can’t stand how much hate she gets when all she is doing is making working out very feasible and do-able for the average person. She has a sweet personality and is very creative and that’s a huge part of her success but I guess some people just can’t fathom it…
It baffles me as well!! People are so mean to her but I've watched so many fitness youtubers and she's the only one who "caters" to people who are pretty unfit but also want a challenge.. yet can't go to the gym and don't have expensive gym equipment just casually lying around they can use. @@lanadelrayspoopoo6497 Fast metabolisms don't exist, there have been studies on it and unless you have some sort of medical condition you don't have one, though metabolism does slow with age slightly. People who are naturally thin without exercising or dieting just tend to move more naturally (walking, doing chores, etc) and tend to eat fewer calories even if they have a poor diet. You can increase metabolic rate by exercising (burning calories) or gaining muscle (increasing BMR).

I was a little worried at first going in that Will was gonna wade into drama, but he delivers as always. 💕 Lots of good points made here, especially on Chloe telling people to do several workouts, which critics always ignore. I never do her recipes because they honestly look like too much work, but as Will pointed out, you don't know what goes on off camera so I don't judge.
That’s actually a really good ice separating the workouts throughout the day. Can be really discouraging when you get to the days you have to do like 5 different videos. Not sure why I thought you would have to do them all at once

Her free workout plans are often a few of her workouts in a row, so although they're short the workouts are like 30-40 minutes or maybe longer, it's just useful being split up so you can work it around your day if you're busy. Sure, you might not get a six pack doing them but its better than not moving at all?

Tbh, when I saw Greg's said her food is too big portion, I was quite shocked because I have tried several of hers and even tapped into myfitnespal to get the macros and cal. Im currently doing chloe Ting workout (Not the diet) and not only am I seeing results but its amazing to see my growth in going from not being able to do certain exercises to now being able to do them. I am down 20 lbs so far and feeling stronger and just all around better.

I remember Greg’s video and it seemed like she had a ton of food on that particular video..... but watching this I could easily eat that amount of food depending on my workouts , hormones, and overall digestion at the time . Calories don’t really equal volume so there was a lot of low calorie foods here and it’s easy to remain lean on 1700 calories a day especially if she’s working out. I doubt she’s a fake eater. I could see if she was having more than three meals a day of that size....maybe. But this seems like a normal day to me. Everybody is different. I am 5’2 and weigh about 105 and can eat an inordinate amount of food at times. Don’t discount us small gals .....

there's a book. called something like "the picture perfect diet". its pretty much just a picture book showing how much of different foods you can eat to get the same calories. might show something like 3 almonds on one page vs 7lbs of popcorn on the other. i loved it. showed me that i could still eat low calorie and stuff myself silly

@@hcope28 low-calorie and vegetarian food does not account for being toned and cut. You have to weight train and eat enough calories to gain muscle.
I was an athlete in high school and I'm actually able to build muscle easier now that I'm in my 30s. You'll get there, don't worry.

@tomashorst9544 This and I don't think she eats ANY crap. Whole foods all the way, like it should be. She is going to age very fit, which is something everybody, male or female, should aim for. If you think about it, it is quite simple: Do regular hard work outs a little of the time, move around moderate a lot of the time and eat a variety of real food in moderation. Oh, and focus on important stuff like your family/friends and your well being (sleep/rest). I doubt she worries about shit on social media.

Wtf is wrong with people? Literally I eat 3000 cals and am only 10lbs heavier and 1 inch taller. I can’t stand how much hate she gets when all she is doing is making working out very feasible and do-able for the average person. She has a sweet personality and is very creative and that’s a huge part of her success but I guess some people just can’t fathom it…
It baffles me as well!! People are so mean to her but I've watched so many fitness youtubers and she's the only one who "caters" to people who are pretty unfit but also want a challenge.. yet can't go to the gym and don't have expensive gym equipment just casually lying around they can use. It's like the fact that she's accessible for average folks makes the hardcore fitness world irrationally upset lol

@@lanadelrayspoopoo6497 Fast metabolisms don't exist, there have been studies on it and unless you have some sort of medical condition you don't have one, though metabolism does slow with age slightly. People who are naturally thin without exercising or dieting just tend to move more naturally (walking, doing chores, etc) and tend to eat fewer calories even if they have a poor diet. You can increase metabolic rate by exercising (burning calories) or gaining muscle (increasing BMR).

I was a little worried at first going in that Will was gonna wade into drama, but he delivers as always. 💕 Lots of good points made here, especially on Chloe telling people to do several workouts, which critics always ignore. I never do her recipes because they honestly look like too much work, but as Will pointed out, you don't know what goes on off camera so I don't judge.
That’s actually a really good ice separating the workouts throughout the day. Can be really discouraging when you get to the days you have to do like 5 different videos. Not sure why I thought you would have to do them all at once

Her free workout plans are often a few of her workouts in a row, so although they're short the workouts are like 30-40 minutes or maybe longer, it's just useful being split up so you can work it around your day if you're busy. Sure, you might not get a six pack doing them but its better than not moving at all?

Im currently doing chloe Ting workout (Not the diet) and not only am I seeing results but its amazing to see my growth in going from not being able to do certain exercises to now being able to do them. I am down 20 lbs so far and feeling stronger and just all around better.

I remember Greg’s video and it seemed like she had a ton of food on that particular video..... but watching this I could easily eat that amount of food depending on my workouts , hormones, and overall digestion at the time . Calories don’t really equal volume so there was a lot of low calorie foods here and it’s easy to remain lean on 1700 calories a day especially if she’s working out. I doubt she’s a fake eater. I could see if she was having more than three meals a day of that size....maybe. But this seems like a normal day to me. Everybody is different. I am 5’2 and weigh about 105 and can eat an inordinate amount of food at times. Don’t discount us small gals .....

there's a book. called something like "the picture perfect diet". its pretty much just a picture book showing how much of different foods you can eat to get the same calories. might show something like 3 almonds on one page vs 7lbs of popcorn on the other. i loved it. showed me that i could still eat low calorie and stuff myself silly
