Math checks out for the muffins depending on the protien powder calories.. For me it's. Cassava flour 278 Almond milk 30 Egg whites 52 Baking powder ? or 0 Strawberries 33 Protien powder 73 466 total divided by 12=39
I’ve noticed a couple of vegan meal recipes on your channel, JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOUUU. It’s 10x harder trying to make vegan low cal high protein, filling, mock recipes and I’m always looking for new inspo.
Just found your channel and really like the dietary advice. It will help a ton. Actually, the fact that you don't take yourself too seriously and wear normal shirts that actually fit is enough to make your channel different right there. Keep it up!
1 ingredient protein bread. *Starter* mix one cup of flour and water and leave it uncovered on the counter. add 1tbsp of water and flour each day until it looks like sourdough starter. if it ever dries up, add water to the top. *dough* mix 1lb of flour wirh 1/2lb of water. use a hook mixer or your hands to make it into a uniform dough. take it with a collander into the sink and ~wash~ it until all white starch comes out, leaving a brownish sticky protein rich mass. mix your flour protein with an additional 1lb of flour, your sourdough starter and another 1/2lb of water. Optionaly add salt. let it rise, shape it and baked it. half the carbs, twice the protein of regular sourdough bread.
@@vincentbecker7850 yeah, it would hahhaha. I find it too expensive personally, and it often times has a lot of starch still (always check nutritional labels). if you're gonna do the dough anyway, its the same process for making gluten, washing is not the hard part.

@Will Tennyson Warning: Psyllium Husk is a natural laxative derived from Plantago seeds and should be eaten in moderation. I am not sure the amount that should be consumed but you should definitely keep an eye on how much you consume. It expands with water (and you need to drink plenty of water with it) so it can cause intestinal blockage if eaten too often. Just a word of advice to save people a trip to the emergency room. One of my friends actually kept eating it daily about 2-3 times a day and ended up having to have surgery to remove part of her large intestine. Sorry for the TMI!
Just wanna add that as someone who used to be 360lbs (155lbs now and maintaining), I don't need to say I fucking love food. It's been a struggle for the past 60lbs or so, I rarely felt satisfied after finishing a meal. Low calorie dense type of cooking that coach greg and you introduced me to gave me hope that I won't need to feel restricted till I die. I'm honestly so happy I have no words. I modify some of the recipes to be plant-based or if I don't know how I just draw inspiration and it still works great. I really enjoy your channel and the amazing free advice. Just know that you are very appreciated and I love your sense of humor.

So I just saw the vegan Alfredo recipe and wanted to throw this out: use Korean doenjang (된장) paste (fermented soy bean paste a bit stronger than miso). The “aged” (longer fermented) ones give soups and sauces the same taste as Parmesan and pecorino. I use it in all my sauces for a non-garlic, cheesy savory addition (garlic allergy) as well as seasoning that blends in much better than soy sauce for vegan recipes. It also goes great on meat as part of a glaze.
stir fried rice 1 large WOK / pam cooking spray 1 cup cooked white rice - better if dried in fridge over night 200 cal 8oz grilled chicken breast - or souse vide 220 cal 1 cup egg beaters or whites 100 cal 1 bag steamed broccoli florets - 3 cups ish 100 1/4 cup 3 pepper and onion mix 25 1 tsp sesame oil 40 1/4 cup or less soy sauce 40 salt pepper to taste serve with sriracha or franks red hot makes about 2 pounds of stir fried rice for 600-720 calories pending ingredients for whole thing
I've ended up with will being my preferred fitness tuber because almost all his videos have some useful info. Gregs been pretty advice free unless you want a cookbook lately
