GUYS! This isn't only about the exercises like stretching, hanging and what ever. It's also about the psychological effect. You have to create the urgent need in your heart and head that you ARE already growing the whole time. It's a 24 h game in your head. When you do the exercises, you have to think about how you are growing during the exercises. There is even a video about this guy called Rustam somewhere from the soviet union how he grew from 1.66 m to 1.88 m. He himself had invented many new exercises to grow faster/more but even he said, that the biggest part of the growth process was about the psychological mindset! Don't forget that!

Another DONT: obsess over your goal while your doing it because it will lead to anxiety, frustration, anger and stress which are not good hormonally for the body. Will also disrupt your routine and you’re more likely to give up. Another DO: Approach with stress-free and clear mind. Push out the negative influences and envision yourself reaching the goal but without getting lost inside your head to the point that you aren’t focused and you’ll end up crossing over into the DONT. Hey there, I used a friend who was only 5'4 and his story is something I would like to share. I met him in 8th, he was a new student and he became the shortest student in the class. He got bullied because of his weak body and his low self esteem, and because he never fought back. But now he is the topper in the computer science class and he became the fastest in the campus. I still remember him crying far away near the bus stop because of the way he was back then but now, he has become a role model to me. What I learnt from him is that one must soon be able to *manage* his insecurities, he or she must use it to be driven rather than feeling self pity about it.

I grew like crazy during one summer. I eat antidepressant that made me sleepy and i slept like 13 hour´s a night. During the summer days i played basketball doing layups, hung from the rim and jumping trying to dunk. I stayed out playing for several houres a day in the sunlight.

Hi, I’m 17, nearly 18. I’m currently 5”11. I’m only just starting to get stubble now and I’m believe that I’m slightly behind in puberty. My Dad is just over 6ft and he is the shortest of all his male siblings. Both my granddads are 6ft and over and I have some extremely tall relatives such as my uncle who is 6”3 and great uncle who was 6”4/5. Every man to my knowledge is at least 6ft on both sides of my family. I know that my uncle and dad continued to grow a bit after 18. Do you think I can reach 6”0 or 6”1? Thanks
@Vishnu Kalluri stretching does indeed aid and augment your potential height but it's individually done. Some people who have been slouching and impinging their height throughout their entire life , they might grow couple of inches and again I can't rectify the fact that malnourished people are a lot more conducive to gush out their height once they eat healthy and catch up on all the inches they never attained ! You got to have the mentally 1st off. Never give up cause it does work. Stretch every day in the morning & before bed. Some days you will want to quit but do not try for at least a month. I would also do hangs at least 5 times a week in the mornings. Also drink almond milk & whole milk. He has lots of other tips in his videos.

What I am gonna say is VERY IMPORTANT!! Milk is not absorbed by the human body as it designed to be drunk by baby cows. Therefore, there is not point drinking milk just to grow taller. But do not drink milk that is not organic. Non-organic milk has lots of estrogen that closes the growth plates

Im 20 gonna be 21 in july, i have been 180 cm since 16 yo, i started to work on my height almost year ago, since last summer i used to hang on the bar, eat carrot, increase vitamins intake and 4 month ago i added a stretching in my program and after few sessions i felt pain in my back, during hanging on the bar i felt pain in my loin, then i immediatly stoped to do stretching, so was that a sign of growing procces ? @Mahad Aweys It’s highly unlikely for most people. You might add a few centimeters, so that will add up to 5’10” or 5’11”. I know 6’2” is ideally attractive height in our society, but you’ve already passed your growth spurts, so no choice other than embracing your 176cm and pray you will grow taller. My tip for you is use soles and practice good posture. Actually, 176cm isn’t short, it’s fairly attractive height for man.

Do you get enough rest? That’s when you grow the most. Try stretching in bands while you sleep. At your shoulders and feet. At first it may be uncomfortable but you’ll get use to it. Also, if you’re not already stretching and at least jumping a lot, definitely do that. You want your muscles explosive and soft as opposed to powerful and tight.
I stopped growing at the age of 13 and since then I'm 165m. And I'm 20 now. Apparently I stopped growing because I gained a lot of weight. Do you guys think that weight can effect height?
Interesting topic! For me personally I have found that people who gained weight early on in life tended to be the Late Bloomers as they are giving their bodies plenty of calories and energy to Grow. However! maybe Too much weight could potentially drag your body down (in terms of Gravity). So if you did have a Growth spurt but you were over lets say 300lbs at 13 as an example. Maybe your body would struggle to grow vertically as it has to fight against not only gravity but also the bodyweight itself! hmmm. Food for thought anyway! No pun intended!

I've been sprinting on the treadmill for 20 secs at intensity 18 (maximum on my gym treadmill) rest 1 or 2 minutes and do that about 5-6 times. Then cycling for very high effort level on the gym for 30 minutes to create microfractires on your shin bones. Make sure you do them at high intensity to get best results.

Hey there, I used a friend who was only 5'4 and his story is something I would like to share. I met him in 8th, he was a new student and he became the shortest student in the class. He got bullied because of his weak body and his low self esteem, and because he never fought back. But now he is the topper in the computer science class and he became the fastest in the campus. I still remember him crying far away near the bus stop because of the way he was back then but now, he has become a role model to me. What I learnt from him is that one must soon be able to *manage* his insecurities, he or she must use it to be driven rather than feeling self pity about it.

I grew like crazy during one summer. I eat antidepressant that made me sleepy and i slept like 13 hour´s a night. During the summer days i played basketball doing layups, hung from the rim and jumping trying to dunk. I stayed out playing for several houres a day in the sunlight.

so, me when i was 15 my height is about as the same as my father 167 cm
at age of 16 i think i just gained like 2-3 cm so my height is around 169 cm-170 cm
(i did leaping and hanging 3 minute a day sometimes)
(my sleep duration are so bad, sleep at 2 a.m and awake at 5 a.m which maybe impact my height on first year)
at age of 17 my height is 171 cm-172 cm
age of 18 nope still 172 cm ( maybe only gaining like 0,5 cm)
and now i do a super intense workout 350+ leaping a day, sleep at least 7 hour before midnight, eat proper nutrition + milk, hanging 10 min- 17 min a day, a lot of stretches and yoga and keep away my mind from stress and cigarettes
now i am 173 (5'8") cm gaining 1 cm in 2 MONTHS!!! (october 19-november 19) Dude no matter how much it is, even a milimeter you will feel like ur hardwork really paid off. that's make this workout even exhilarating.

You got to have the mentally 1st off. Never give up cause it does work. Stretch every day in the morning & before bed. Some days you will want to quit but do not try for at least a month. I would also do hangs at least 5 times a week in the mornings. Also drink almond milk & whole milk. He has lots of other tips in his videos.

Im 20 gonna be 21 in july, i have been 180 cm since 16 yo, i started to work on my height almost year ago, since last summer i used to hang on the bar, eat carrot, increase vitamins intake and 4 month ago i added a stretching in my program and after few sessions i felt pain in my back, during hanging on the bar i felt pain in my loin, then i immediatly stoped to do stretching, so was that a sign of growing procces ? @Mahad Aweys It’s highly unlikely for most people. You might add a few centimeters, so that will add up to 5’10” or 5’11”. I know 6’2” is ideally attractive height in our society, but you’ve already passed your growth spurts, so no choice other than embracing your 176cm and pray you will grow taller. My tip for you is use soles and practice good posture. Actually, 176cm isn’t short, it’s fairly attractive height for man.

Do you get enough rest? That’s when you grow the most. Try stretching in bands while you sleep. At your shoulders and feet. At first it may be uncomfortable but you’ll get use to it. Also, if you’re not already stretching and at least jumping a lot, definitely do that. You want your muscles explosive and soft as opposed to powerful and tight.

Interesting topic! For me personally I have found that people who gained weight early on in life tended to be the Late Bloomers as they are giving their bodies plenty of calories and energy to Grow. However! maybe Too much weight could potentially drag your body down (in terms of Gravity). So if you did have a Growth spurt but you were over lets say 300lbs at 13 as an example. Maybe your body would struggle to grow vertically as it has to fight against not only gravity but also the bodyweight itself! hmmm. Food for thought anyway! No pun intended!

Guys I’m 15. My mom is 5’2 I’m 5’2.5 and my dad is 5’5. I live in a more nutritious and overall better environment than both my parents. I’ve stopped sleeping late and started sleeping 8 hours at night, I started running and doing exercises and drinking more milk and taking my vitamins, and eating more (I skipped all of these before I turned 15). I was being stupid af at 14 and smoked like 2 - 3 times. So have I stunted completely my chances of growing taller or will I still grow taller?

Hey Gtg. I'm 16 years old, I eat a lot of calories and intake alot of protein, I drink 4 cups of milk a day and take 4 calcium tablets. I am going to start adding vitamin D tablets to my diet. I am also skipping, swimming, stretching and working out with bodyweight for roughly 3 hours all together. Do u think that it should be enough to grow taller? I am 5'11

I've been sprinting on the treadmill for 20 secs at intensity 18 (maximum on my gym treadmill) rest 1 or 2 minutes and do that about 5-6 times. Then cycling for very high effort level on the gym for 30 minutes to create microfractires on your shin bones. Make sure you do them at high intensity to get best results.
I Recommend You Guys To Do Sprinting In The Form Of HIIT, Which Is Short For High Intensity Interval Training. There's Been Lots Of Studies Shown That Not Only It Enhance HGH Secretion Around 550% But Has Also Been Reported Being More Enjoyable Than Regular Hugh Intensity Cardio (HIIT And High Intensity Cardio Without Intervals Are 2 Different Forms Of Exercise)
