आमची सोसायटी 1993 ला रजिस्टर झाली त्या वेळी आमची चाल होती पण 2021ला बिल्डींग बांधली गेली ती sRA बांधली गेली त्यानंतर बिल्डर ने त्याच रजिस्टर नंबर चा वापर करून नवीन सभासद वाढवले, बिल्डींग SRA असल्याने काही चेंजेस होऊ शकतात का ते सांगा

आपण दिलेली माहिती फार उपयुक्त आहे. आय फॉर्म रजिस्टर मध्ये एन्ट्री करताना सेल अग्रीमेंट मध्ये को ओनर चि नाव असतील तर ती पण आय फॉर्म रजिस्टर मध्ये टाकायला हवीत का ? कारण फॉर्म A मध्ये फक्त मेन मेंबर चे नाव आहे. कृपया याबद्दल मार्गदर्शन द्यावे.

Sir आपण खूप छान माहिती देत असता. मला असे विचारायचे आहे की, पूर्वी म्हणजे 1975 साली शेअर्स नंबर एक ते पाच प्रमाणे 250 रुपये घेतले आहेत. परंतु आता दहा शेअर चे 500रुपये आहेत हे कधी पासून झाले आहेत आणि शेअर registered la te कसे दाखवायचे .pl त्याचा वेगळा vedio केला तर आपली आभारी असेन

My society is form after 6 years of possession.
For e.g. I got possession on 01/10/2017 and society registration date is 31/01/2023.
In this situation what will be the admission date.

माहिती चांगली पण सोबत फॉर्म रजिस्टर ई व त्यातील प्रत्यक्ष नोंदी दाखवल्या असत्या तर समजण्यास सोपे झाले असते हे म्हणजे फक्त लेक्चर झाले प्रक्टीकॅल नाहीच एखादा मुद्दा समजावताना उदाहरण घेऊन प्रत्यक्ष त्याच्या नोंदी कशा घालायच्या ते समजवा
सर, I एंड J फॉर्म आज तक मेरे सोसाइटी का मिला ही नहीं मुझे कहीं, 20 साल सोसाइटी हो गयी अब I एंड J फॉर्म तैयारी करना होगा मेरे सोसाइटी को। I और J फॉर्म नाम ही आज पहली बार सुनने मिला और पता चला कितना महत्वपूर्ण है दोनों।

Our society is newly formed, and we want to enter the members' names in the "I" Register as per STATEMENT 'A' , but in the statement "A ", most members' names are with initials. Hence kindly advise Should I enter the the names as per the statement "A " or should I enter the full names as per the builder's and other documents' record

Sir, it is very well to say date of nominations should be there but even if the Society Manager or Consultants or person with know tells that that without date it is illegal, the members because of HIGH EGO, or I AM KNOWLEDGEABLE, does not fill it, then any Society Manager will just allow it, in any case why should should the Society Manager take tension inspite of telling.
