AlhumdullyAllah I cried so much listening to this. I have never had a relationship with anyone like this. My family is not Muslim and I took my shahadah in prison, I’m also a black man in America so we know how that goes!! But I’m often not received in the best way. But my IMAN is strong and I felt a yearning to have this type of love and companionship from my brothers because I love the Muslims for the sake of Allah. Every Ramadan I tune in to Yaqeen to hear the Ramadan series, Khutbah’s and teachings of the Hadith and learning all about our Beloved Messenger Prophet Muhammad (saws)… I am so thankful that Allah has led me to Imam Omar Suleiman’s page!! The way the Hadith is narrated is soul touching! I’ve tuned in to many Imams, but I listened to you about 5 years ago and you are my Imam!! May Allah (swt) be pleased with your service.
Mashallah , I never get tired of listening to Shiekh Omar on these kinds of topics .
If some of the companions had the humility to still strive hard for Paradise even after been giving glad tidings of it, it really shows us that the companions are the best example of how to follow the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (Peace be upon him).
