    Same document need to take handover from builder for SRA projects .as we as a part of SRA room holder.
    Second things for SRA projects has rera rejistration compulsory sale and SRA both rera no separate or same .
    From wher we get this information in portal
    I t will be helpful sir if u provide information my two points

    Aur society form Aug 2022 main hua thi
    Lekin builder ne maintenance, corpus aur society liya hain jan 23 main
    To ye sub refund milega kya

    Very extensive list of documents. I feel the video is completely theoretical n bookish. Practically its not possible for any builder to provide so many documents - Warranty cards / AMC n test report of all equipments n systems installed by him.
    Also there is no mention of Elevators n PWD licence / permission required for lifts operations to be handed over to society by bldr.
    Practically, local authorities might not need n scrutinise so many documents. Would appreciate if a pdf list is provided.

    Please share details of action can be taken if builder doesn't Handover any of the mentioned documents to society in case of redevelopment and old society is not desolved. As per D.A builder doesn't fulfill any promise.

    तुम्ही लोकांनी विचारलेल्या प्रश्नांची उत्तरे देत नाही. बिल्डर कडून कोणतेही दस्तऐवज दिले नसल्यामुळे प्रमोटर ( सोसायटी मधील फ्लॅट ओनर ) नवीन समिती कडे दस्तऐवज देण्याचा प्रश्नच उद्भवत नाही.
