PERFECT! love how you solved 2 problems! NOW, coukd you show how to carry the yarn up when doing large stripes FLAT? i do not know how...do not like the different colors showing at the edges, tried catching the yarn on the 2nd stitch but do not like tgat either! Can you help me, PLEASE!
Hi Maggie. There is always some kind of trade-off. If we want to avoid cutting the yarn and carry the unused strand up, we should hide it at the edge of the project. Here's a tutorial that shows a few ways to do it - www.10rowsaday.com/carry-yarn-up In most cases, the "hidden" strand shows, but we can conceal it if we add an edging to the sides of the project after the project is finished.
