So lucky he had Sterling, dude was the co captain, co pilot, right hand man, prince, deputy manager, top dog
Sterling was never head chef material..... But a right hand man he is perfect for that
He's always 100
justin rolley Some people are great leaders, some great enforcers. As long as Sterling had someone to tell him what’s what, he could whoop ass all day.
Sterling works. Thats what someone serious looks like. I heard he went to work at a hospital where his mom was resident. I hope one day he get back into the kitchen.
I think Sterling would make a great Sous chef. Not in the head of the kitchen, but following instructions and enforcing them is were he shines. Does anybody know where he is now?
Sterling is everybody’s Rock. He’s so talented, down to Earth, and trustworthy.
Definitaly
I’d trust him more than Frank
@@brandonmclendon5368 yea Sterling is very real
He's really like a true friend. Would love to meet him one day.
Then why didint he win the competition? 🤔

Same thing with Mary in Season 11, and Scott in Season 12

Yes sir that was nice

The reason Bryant lost is because he didn't call Frank a donkey on the way out.
No he lost cuz hes a white male duh

To be honest Bryant doesn’t look like the type of guy who has it in him to shout like that. Glad he did
You probably didn't watch any other videos on this season.
If Bryant wants something, he says it. In Joseph's words, "He ain't no bitch".
It was the directors that wanted him to act like a hardass
You call that shouting ? LMAO
@@fukkandre please, how did you derive or come by this information? @@roxannadrake7186 do you remember S15s Jackie, she was a prick the entire season but during the final service she acted different. Kind of like Bryant
If Sterling has ever had a day where he has kept it only 99, I haven't seen it
lol 😂
Good because if he did I would lose faith in humanity
If Sterling like Will(Season 9)
Lol
He’s always 100 never any lower
sterling genuinely wants to see people succeed wether it be himself or others
I loved him! So down to earth! They don’t make them like that anymore!
who is sterling
@@nero23 nice
He’s always a 100, for everybody!
@@revenant2160 Sterling is the black dude on the blue team who kept helping. He's well-loved (even by Ramsay!) for "always keeping it 100" (one of the first things he said - "I'm always 100" meaning 100%) and being incredibly genuine and positive.
Give Latasha some props too for how quickly and aggressively she swapped Roe onto fish
thats why she won. She identified the weak link, replaced it and flew away on a high. Bryant took too long and was way behind when he finally kicked Frank
Is that a pun? Roe is fish eggs
I would love to see Sterling on an All-star season in the future, he along with the late Petrozza, Rock and Robert are my favorites.
Unfortunately, our sir Petrozza has passed away from cancer a couple of months ago :'(
TashaTheSagittariusChicagoan unfortunately, Petrozza passed away :(

feel bad for frank, he's not a bad person, but it's all about cooking.
Yess ITS abot live or dead there lmao xD
Was this frank the sexist one? Or was that a different frank? I have a terrible memory when it comes to differentiating people.
@@alician.5950 that was a different frank

Bryant was a really respectable chef and knew how to take charge. His ego definitely cost him in the finale but you can't ignore Bryant's raw talent and leadership skills.
I dont like him but yeah he deserves to be part of the runner up
Jojo Kori you don’t need to like someone to respect them. I learned that in the army 🤣
He’s definitely a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen but his pseudo alpha male try to be gangster attitude bullshit makes it hard to like him
@@thebeast5215 it makes a terrible leader to act that childish.
It's funny how in this clip everyone seems to like him but in the one where he's yelling everyone talking about how much they hate him.
Title should've been something like ' Bryant Kicks one of his cooks'. But then again, we'd have already guessed it was Frank anyway
This is years old, and knowing who it is doesn't ruin the moment. If you want a surprise, then stop watching clips and watch the episode.
RangaRiis *big brain moment*
No. Enough with clickbait titles. Also, he didn't didn't kick him but kicked him out.

He works at a hospital as a chef in in his hometown. He's doing fine.

Bryant kicks Frank out the Kitchen:
Gordon Ramsey at 3:26 like: “Damn thats what it feels like..”
I think he's disappointed for the lack of emotion from Bryant. Like that's fucking undercooked more fire Bryant you fucking doughnut.
😂😂😂 or “I can kick a mf out much better thn this”
I love how La Tasha is even acting like a leader, keeping a close eye on Fernando knowing he is like a weak link on the fish at the moment
She was an absolute BOSS! Clearly born to run a kitchen!
When Gordon saw Bryant kick out frank I bet he thought ‘myyy preciousssssss’

Frank: “I’m giving accurate times if anything I’m off by a minute”
The time: 1 minute
Moron. 1 minute is a BIG thing in cooking. 1 minut is more than enough time for the food to cool off!
"If anything I'm off by a minute"
That is a fucking eternity in the kitchen.
Yeah when you gotta do a million things and prep tons of dishes at once, just counting to ten would feel like a year.
LMFAOOOO the shot of the baby yawning anD THEY USED IT AS FOOTAGE OF SHOCK I'm 💀💀💀
Sterling is just someone you wanna have on your team in any competition he's got that certain charisma and charm
Sterling killed it this service! He was by far the best chef in Bryant’s team. Bryant knew Sterling was reliable and Sterling always keeps it 100!

I wish Sterling was already at a level to work for Ramsay. I was rooting for him. But he still has a lot more growing to do.
@Bestow5000 he ended up working at the hospital his mother was hospitalized at
He was actually offered jobs from Ramsay after the show, just not as his HEAD chef. However he gave up those opportunities to work at the hospital who gave his adoptive mother a lifesaving heart operation and is treating his sister's cancer.. sterling is so wholesome
I pray to Sterling every night
My chef senses got lit on fire when he used “ accurate “ and “ off by a minute “ in the same sentence 😂

Sterling is the epitome of humanity the man was real and had people's back, humble at that as well
Gordon looked like a proud Father 😂😂😂seriously though he had to make a decision and it was the right one.
I think that was the nicest way I've ever seen anyone get kicked out on this show.
kinda respect him for that. He always loved to rub people's weakness on them during the team phase, but he clearly learned the lesson as the time goes and he becomes a more worthy of a leader in the finals
and they dap up and hug it out after the service, Bryant let's him know it wasnt personal
3:33 The Hell's kitchen and Kitchen nightmares editor needs a serious raise lol
100% lol. They are one of the main reasons everyone comes back.
Sterling is his name's meaning
Outstanding, first rate and magnificent.
SOLID AS A ROCK!

Sterling should have a small restaurant, where everyone knows everyone. I think he'd shine
3:45 Oooh

He hurt his own hand lol
"If anything, I'm off by a minute". When your total time is 1.5 mins, that' a huge fucking error.

Frank: **get's kicked out in the kitchen**
Gordon: **pissed off**

I like how Bryant went from being a jerk and butthead to Sterling to realizing Sterling was making him look like a fool on TV and consequently having Sterling battle to the end helping him to almost win a dream job!
“If anything I’m off for a minute” and in that minute most of the food is getting cold, a skin starts to form on the food, and if a meat is on something very hot, then it continues to cook.
3:26 I like how Ramsay scream internally at behind...
