Season 4 - Episode 12
#HellsKitchen #HellsKitchenUSA #GordonRamsay
Gordon Ramsay's culinary boot camp moves to the USA as the terrifying world-renowned Head Chef slices and dices a group of wannabe Cordon Bleu cooks and aspiring restaurateurs, to find out who deserves the top prize of their own restaurant. Adapted from the smash hit British series, Hell's Kitchen USA serves up helpings of terror, tears, tantrums and triumphs as cameras follow the competing chefs for every minute of the day.

Ramsay reacted quite calmly over being burned twice, compared to raw scallops. That really winds him up.
Raw means food poisoning.
Burnt means complaints.
Then proceeds to clap with said burnt hand. I'd be K.O'd at that point.
Im with Ramsay
because something being raw you can just recook, he needed to get serious over the burns cause that could injure someone badly
Raw means dead people
I know Petrozza lost but he was genuinely one of the 5 most likable people in HK history
Why rank him so low
@@batayou6819 that's absurdly high I'd have to watch a lot of episodes but that places him with the likes of: Sterling, Lou Ross, Millie, T, Michelle, Nick, etc.

Gordon: "You burn me again, and you're done!"
Christina: *Burns him again*
Gordon: "Nobody ever burned me twice, especially not after a warning. From that moment on, I respected her."

"I don't give a fuck if you work like a pig; your meat's been excellent."
In all the years I've watched the show, I think that's the only time this ever happened; usually it's the contestants who have to adapt to Chef Ramsay's way of doing things but Petrozza was the one who get Chef Ramsay to adapt to HIS way of doing it because he was that good.
Petrozza was probably the best contestant who didn't end up winning.
He proved it with his food.
Which is about the only way to make Gordon Ramsey respect it.
Except for the fact that there is a valid reason people shouldn’t “work like a pig” in a kitchen: hygiene. Not washing stuff like washing boards and even pans could lead to health hazards. Both Gordon and this guy are lazy in being fine with it just because it tastes good. There is a reason they ought to be washed. There is a reason why it should be done even in this hectic environment where you need to get a lot of work done in a short time. Just like how you shouldn’t continue working on your food after you cut your finger and you’re bleeding.
@@thenamelesschannel2334No idiot, his work station was just cluttered
@@thenamelesschannel2334Gordon actually criticised him many times about trying to keep a clean workstation so that’s why he was amazed by how excellent the meat turned out
@@filledwithvariousknowledge2747 I’m not sure what you mean exactly but I’m criticizing the commenters who are acting like “this is the way he is and Ramsay is unnecessarily perfectionist (or whatever term you wanna use)”. It’s not that this behavior will always result in sickness, that’s why it’s called a health hazard. Programs like this could also be deceptively edited to make it seem like something is the case. Maybe there were other dishes he made actually didn’t taste good because of the way he prepared them. That’s not to mention the fact that, just because it tastes good, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t contain something that’s hazardous for your health.

*Cut to a smirking Petrozza.*
I think they knew what they were doing, there.

Gordon prefers younger chefs. Of all the top 2s in HK, I think 4 older contestants have been picked over their younger opponents.

As entertaining as watching Chef Ramsey rage at his chefs is, I loved hearing him congratulate them on a successful service!!!
I just loved Petroza. What a hell of a person, all around. RIP I hope his family and friends find peace.
The fact that they’re still pumping out Hells kitchen content.
i dont know how Christina managed to burn him twice, right after he tells her to say something about a piping-hot handle
I noticed quite a few continuity errors during the sequence where Christina burnt Ramsay's hand.
4:20 - Notice that Ramsay grabs the handle on the pan with his left hand.
4:33 - Ramsay pouring water onto his left hand.
4:43 - Ramsay is suddenly now pouring water onto his *right* hand?
4:53 - Ramsay is holding the spoon in his hand that he uses to show Christina how hot the handle was when she burnt him a *second* time.
5:14 - Scott is suddenly over in the Blue kitchen, despite being next to Ramsay when he got burnt a second time.
5:18 - When Ramsay slams his fist down onto the table, you can notice a chef with a red jacket on (judging by the hair, its likely Christina), meaning that clip was taken from an earlier episode.
5:26 - The clip from 4:43 is repeated again, despite him having burned his left hand AGAIN. Also notice carefully before the scene cuts to Christina, you can notice another chef with a red jacket coming into frame on the left hand side, (appears to be Rosann) meaning it was also from an earlier episode, which they then plastered the background behind Ramsay to make it appear as if ti was from this episode. If you look carefully you can see the edges of the frame where they had placed it over the original scene.
You can tell the editors really had to try finding ways to extend the scene since the service otherwise went so smoothly.
I would’ve never noticed that wow
You've got really keen eyes mate . I couldn't even notice this happened
You should be a detective 😂😂😂
He grabbed the handle with both hands.
First grabbed with left and pushed the pan then he stopped it with his right hand.
You can see all from 4:20

I remember this. Guys Christina didn't burn Gordon Ramsay twice. This was edited for the tv show. You can see it's the exact same scene/pan/sauce in the pan, but at a different camera angle to make it seem like it's different. You can see there's no mention of a 2nd time getting burned by Gordon Ramsay, he's just telling her off and they cut off his explanation the first time and showed it the "second" time ( the pan sizzling etc)
Poor Christina!
That is actually disingenuous as hell, outright lying about doing it twice and then Jen's commentary FEEDS INTO THE LIE.
Actually it can't be the same scene. Notice how the first time Gordon grabs the pan and lets go, it slides a bunch to the right, the second time it doesn't move when he grabs it.
Also, no mention? He clearly says "I'm getting fcked here AGAIN"
5:20
You’re just lying? It was clearly twice?
Jen says twice
Gordon says again
It’s clearly a different scene?
Rest in Peace Petrozza
Imagine if Gordon Ramsay's last season on this show was a "Winner's Encore" season, the victor of that season would then host the seasons afterward.

I just find it funny that Gordon is so angry about getting burned here but I remember watching another series where someone comes up and says "hot pan" then Gordon tells him to shut up, its a kitchen, of course the pan is hot.

Corey just knowingly sent uncooked fish out? How crazy disrespectful to your diners, not to mention dangerous.
What else was she supposed to do? I mean, seriously. Gordon wouldn’t stop throwing a fit about it, she probably would’ve had to hear even more from him if she was actually able to finish cooking the fish.

Its a little bit funny. In early seasons of Hell's kitchen its not unusual for plates to be sent back raw (meaning chef ramsay missed it or didnt care). In later seasons that never happens.

You can see the favoritism, Ramsay usually kicks someone out if they burn him once but he let Christina get away with it twice. Not to mention that whenever someone else warns him on Masterchef/HK in later seasons about hot pans etc he also insults them.
Not really a favoritism. It's a 10 minute clip of a over 2h service. If she's making everything perfect, he can look past 2 burns.

@@lexibeach1998 I always laugh when a garbage contestant, such as Jen, makes it too far and then returns a 2nd time, only to be embarrassed, because it just goes to show you how wrong he and the entire crew was for keeping them around (and probably did only for entertainment purposes with being a villain).
The same goes for many of these clearly pre-planned/pre-determined MasterChef winners by the producers such as season 5's when the other contestants confirmed they faked most of their reactions towards their food, made up bad stuff about their competitor's, and have done nothing ever since the airing of the seasons.
