The drama boils up to everyone and this man is unfazed by it. @@seanswinton6242 Steve, Aaron and Santos were just stupid in their plan they on purpose didn't communicate well with their team mates during the episode 4 service so they could lose and get rid of their so called dead weight which was Sterling, Frank, Bryant and JR. Then during eliminations they defended themselves whilst shifting the blame onto Frank and JR, you could say this plan paid off because JR was the one that was eliminated that night so Steve, Aaron and Santos should dominate the blue team after that right? WRONG!!! Santos got chewed out by Gordon in front of VIPs and got kicked out of the kitchen, Steve got nominated for the chop by the same team mates he tried to shaft which proved their plan just madness. But karma works in weird ways in HK and did here Aaron was inconsistent throughout HK13 and ended up quitting at the last 9 which gave him the quitter label for all of eternity, Santos became the first chef to make the black jackets to be eliminated in the traditional way not to get a send off video package and as for Steve he got forced out of the competition after injuring his knee. Just shows the HK gods are unforgiving at the highest level and for those 3 going against Sterling who is well loved in the HK fan base and deliberately throwing dinner services were very severe indeed.
I don’t see why people are irritated with Sterling, he’s a genuinely nice person. During heated times, he’s not being rude to anyone. I consider Sterling as a role model in Hell’s Kitchen.
Its hard to explain but it makes him look like he thinks of himself better than you. I really dont think thats the case with Sterling but thats how he can come off as and thats what might tick people off about him. He is trying to help, is nice, and says his key ingredient is "love". while i believe his words if you are looking for the devil in everyone around you,since everyone in hell kitchen seems to view the devil as a role model, his actions come less father-like and more arrogant. He looks like he does all these nice gestures in a fake manner to get on your good side. He wants to help you because he thinks he is better than you. He thinks he can just get away with not disclosing his dish just saying he made it with "love". Thats the way people look at him. Once you think he is faking his attitude and everything you instead feel like he is a condescending prick. So i see why these contestants think he is an asshole sometimes but he is such a wholesome nice guy i love him i know its unrelated but i just had to express my love for Sterling the only real winner of Hell's Kitchen

Sterling is just one of those people whose dreams were bigger and greater than his contemporaries. Whilst others are trying to win to land lucrative opportunities, money and fame; this guy Sterling just wanted to put his heart out and do what he loved. He enjoyed cooking and being a bright light to those around him. What a rare guy. Even Ramsay found it difficult to be mad at him lol. After reading the comments about him rejecting big offers to work at the hospital that saved his mothers life as a head chef, it just solidifies my opinion of the man. I wish all good things on him and his family. We need more of these people in our lives. I have a friend like Sterling, not quite as flamboyant but just as kind and compassionate. I work to be the same with others. Sterling inspires me to keep that going, even when people try to knock you down.

@@seanswinton6242 Steve, Aaron and Santos were just stupid in their plan they on purpose didn't communicate well with their team mates during the episode 4 service so they could lose and get rid of their so called dead weight which was Sterling, Frank, Bryant and JR. Then during eliminations they defended themselves whilst shifting the blame onto Frank and JR, you could say this plan paid off because JR was the one that was eliminated that night so Steve, Aaron and Santos should dominate the blue team after that right? WRONG!!! Santos got chewed out by Gordon in front of VIPs and got kicked out of the kitchen, Steve got nominated for the chop by the same team mates he tried to shaft which proved their plan just madness. But karma works in weird ways in HK and did here Aaron was inconsistent throughout HK13 and ended up quitting at the last 9 which gave him the quitter label for all of eternity, Santos became the first chef to make the black jackets to be eliminated in the traditional way not to get a send off video package and as for Steve he got forced out of the competition after injuring his knee. Just shows the HK gods are unforgiving at the highest level and for those 3 going against Sterling who is well loved in the HK fan base and deliberately throwing dinner services were very severe indeed.
I don’t see why people are irritated with Sterling, he’s a genuinely nice person. During heated times, he’s not being rude to anyone. I consider Sterling as a role model in Hell’s Kitchen.
Its hard to explain but it makes him look like he thinks of himself better than you. I really dont think thats the case with Sterling but thats how he can come off as and thats what might tick people off about him. He is trying to help, is nice, and says his key ingredient is "love". while i believe his words if you are looking for the devil in everyone around you,since everyone in hell kitchen seems to view the devil as a role model, his actions come less father-like and more arrogant. He looks like he does all these nice gestures in a fake manner to get on your good side. He wants to help you because he thinks he is better than you. He thinks he can just get away with not disclosing his dish just saying he made it with "love". Thats the way people look at him. Once you think he is faking his attitude and everything you instead feel like he is a condescending prick. So i see why these contestants think he is an asshole sometimes but he is such a wholesome nice guy i love him i know its unrelated but i just had to express my love for Sterling the only real winner of Hell's Kitchen

Sterling is just one of those people whose dreams were bigger and greater than his contemporaries. Whilst others are trying to win to land lucrative opportunities, money and fame; this guy Sterling just wanted to put his heart out and do what he loved. He enjoyed cooking and being a bright light to those around him. What a rare guy. Even Ramsay found it difficult to be mad at him lol. After reading the comments about him rejecting big offers to work at the hospital that saved his mothers life as a head chef, it just solidifies my opinion of the man. I wish all good things on him and his family. We need more of these people in our lives. I have a friend like Sterling, not quite as flamboyant but just as kind and compassionate. I work to be the same with others. Sterling inspires me to keep that going, even when people try to knock you down.

As an added bonus, when it was his last time on the chopping block, he said that winning the competition wouldn't help him reach his goal of running a restaurant.
I honestly never cry when people leave this show, usually I feel like it made sense and was the right choice, but I was BEGGING for Sterling to make it through, and when he didn't, I nearly cried myself. XD He really needs to come back and try again, I bet he's even better and full of even more love now!
Sterling is one of my all time favorite chefs. This dude's passion and energy are so damn contagious! "French toast! Crepes! Florentine..... HOW LONGGGGG?"

@Jason Scott AHEM. I have recently done some fairly light research on the topic of compound sentences. According to the grammar section on yourdictionary.com, the sentence "They all wanted him gone in the beginning because they thought he didn't take the competition seriously." is not a compound sentence.
The word "because" is not a coordinating conjunction. This means that there is no punctuation needed before the word "because" in my sentence. I am grateful that your skepticism has forced me to do extra research to improve my knowledge of the English language. I am still quite confused about when to use Emojis; I will do some research into how to incorporate those into my writing.
