Think about it, as great as the Barca team was, they only won it 09 and 011, Bayern team 2013 and then 2020. Think about those great ferguson Man Utd teams 99 then built a team and came back in 08, lost finals in 09 and 011. Now they are on a decline. Which is the norm. Most teams win then decline. Porto in 04, Inter in 010. Barca in 015. The other normal trend is 3 finals over 5 or 6 years, but you wouldnt win them all for example man utd 08,09,011, juventus in the 90s, milan in 03, 05, 07. Another popular trend is lose the final this year and win the final next year or vice versa. Bayern 2012 & 13, man utd 08-09. What Madrid have done and are still doing is phenomenal.

I always thought Crespo was quality. You might be right on my opinion of Ballack though. Admittedly I didn't watch that much Budesliga but I thought he was amazing in his first stint at Bayer but went relatively off the boil after that as I didn't think he was great for Bayern in the CL, for Germany (where he admittedly made 3 finals but I honestly think that's just because they got lucky draws and the team was actually only good from 2010, the first tournament without him) or at Chelsea. Ironically this does mean by the rules you set out for this video I think he should be worth his peak which would be 120M+ but then decline more rapidly than you'd expect from there.
