Making this right now and my mouth is watering at the aroma the garlic, honey, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar make when cooking together 🤤🤤 I can’t wait to eat tonight! Thank you for sharing!
My wife and kids loved it. She said it's the best chicken I've ever made. This is my go-to recipe from now on. Thank you!
I just tried it and it's pretty stupendous! I wish I could do without the honey & flour to make it a bit more keto-friendly, but honestly the honey adds such a great flavour and the flour crisps up so nicely in the butter, it's worth the extra carbs.
Would like to add that if you take it out of the fridge, let it sit in the brine(salt and pepper) for at least an hour in room temperature. Otherwise it won't cook evenly. Also the brine needs to get into the meat so rub the salt and pepper into the "cracks" you cut with the knife. Makes a huge difference. Also dip it in flour right before putting it on the pan, otherwise the meat with absorb it too much if you leave it on for more than 5 minutes.
Another thing is timing the cooking on each side perfectly so it doesn't dry out the chicken. Meaning if you take it out of the pan, the meat will cook inside for another 5 minutes. Meaning you can take the meat out when the inside is still not ready, but WILL BE ready after 5 minutes on the plate. Granted here you can kind of circumvent that by doing those deep cuts into the meat, so you can kind of see inside of the meat and that tells you better when to stop cooking it.
Taking note of this, thanks

Thanks :)
Wow!
I love making criss-cross cuts in my chicken too. The meat really absorbs all the spices and flavor.
I cooked chicken file a few days ago. I marinated it overnight. I had marinated the chicken with sour cream and spices.
Hope for a new video soon. ❤❤❤
Thank you for sharing this recipe. It was so delicious. My daughter is super picky and she loved it. I will make it quite often now.
Outstanding recipe! And I had all the ingredients on hand. I usually hate chicken breast but this was a definite keeper. Thanks for sharing!
I was look for a recipe to cook a piece of boneless chicken breast and came across this recipe. I used teriyaki sauce instead. It was quick, juicy and tasty. I definitely will be making it again! Thanks for sharing! 😊👌💥

Our chicken breast was thick. After browning, ended up slicing into thick strips to cook faster. Served over chicken and garlic rice-a-roni with diced green pepper added.
Not a chef so don’t take this as pro tip but put your chicken breast into a gallon bag, drizzle a little oil in with it so you don’t tear the chicken too much, then pound the thicker part with anything you have: wine bottle, meat tenderizer etc. it doesn’t matter how thin it is as long as the entire breast is the same thickness therefore it cooks evenly.
Were the strips good? Did they get cooked for less time? I like the idea of strips since everybody likes a different amount of chicken anyway.
@@MemorySparksJoy strips were fine, didn't feel like pounding the chicken. Cut across the grain, and don't overcook.
You are the best my friend.
Thank you 😊
Similar to many vids. Was looking for something different. It's a good recipe. Simple, quick and tasty. It's not a recipe that "pops" with flavor by itself. I would recommend minced garlic and/or double the garlic to get the garlic flavor. That could just be the garlic lovin Italian in me.
Always should use White pepper for fish and chicken
I substituted liquid aminos for soy sauce thinking it wouldn’t make much of a difference but the flavor is very unusual. Mix of tangy, sweet, and salty. I left a few pieces plain without the final sauce and they turned out better left alone.
with the soy it's good
Amazing well done!!!!
❤
super recette merci👍
Merci :)
This looks delicious. I have some chicken tenderloins in the fridge. I might give this a try.
Can i do this without flour? And would it still have nice flavor if i just use olive oil instead of butter?
This is so tempting! 😋😋😋
Thanks 😊
Delicious tasty chicken breast cooked in garlic butter . Love it.
I'm so glad you returned that chicken *back to the skillet a 2nd time...*
美味しそうですね
Great dish, but how did the butter change color?
Looks like they used Lard instead of the butter.
This looks so good! I'll definitely try this recipe 😊
Thanks! Let me know if you try it :)
Looks tasty delicious really amazing food ❤👌
Thank you 😊
Wow yummy looks delicious
Browning chicken says High Heat in Recipe and Medium High written on bottom of video. Also shouldn't we check the temperature with meat thermometer?
this was a great recipe i made it last night and im going to make it again and again and again ...bomb !
Looks delicious but.... If we eat like this we'll straightly go to the heaven..how much butter 😮!!
Perfect recipe 🌹
Yummy Recipe 😋👌
Thanks for the recipe
You're welcome 😊
Super.. What is that white powder? Which u mentioned flour
If I mentioned that it's flour so it's probably....
@@TheCookingFoodie lol
It’s literally flour.

great video thanbs
Can i use regular vinegar instead of ACV? I don’t have any ACV
Yes, you can.
Fabulous
Is the nutritional info listed for this recipe before I try to do the math on my own?
I’m making this tonight and want to know how y’all kept the breading on because I followed instructions exact and a lot of the breading just fell off. Any tips for next time?
Bread it in advance put it in fridge 1--3 hrs...temp your oil evenly. Use a non stick pan
@@midwest1100 well that probably explains it. Recipe says butter, different temps and cast iron skillet
Спасибо за рецепт👍👍🤝🤝✍🔔😍😍
❤
any alternative for honey?
Unfortunately the garlic burned as soon as I put it in the pan even after lowering the temperature before putting it in. Perhaps it was the cast iron pan since they hold heat for a while 😕

What kind of pan is that if I may ask ?
this is island vibe cookings recipe
HELP! 😭 it was my first time cooking chicken myself and I cooked chicken thighs following these steps. 💀

Uh why does your butter go from yellow to white?
What flour?
Cool Video
what is flour this used?
Just use AP flour
Was the flour seasoned?
No
What can you substitute for honey???
I bet orange marmalade, agave syrup, or molasses would work. Even white sugar and water.
This is the recipe of RecipeTin Eats. They copied every single detail.
Or did recipieTine Eats copy them 🤔🤔
@@dimitrioskarampinis8775 considering they uploaded it 2 years ago and this video was uploaded 5 months ago I'm sure you can figure it out
Chill out karen
Most people copy recipes..that's why we have recipes
do you have a link to the original recipe? that would be great
My husband said it was OK also but he wouldn’t t ask me too make it again
Adodo.
Can I use white vinegar ?
Yes
Thats 400 calories of butter!
🍗chicken breast yummy 👍😋💕
nice chickendjd
"butter" going into the pan doesn't look very much like butter. All white/pale - if you didn't write butter I'd guess it was lard. Perhaps the white balance on your camera goes wrong over the stove?
Haha you noticed that! I was filming this recipe twice with different types of butter. In the editing stage, I combined shots from both filming days.
Hoped no one will notice 🙊
The music drove my flipping nuts I couldn’t watch the whole video
You realize you can mute both your device/laptop AND the video, right?
😋😍❤️
😋
This was on another UA-cam channel. Just saying
👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻🤝🔔
The apple cider vinegar is too powerful all I smell is the gross vinegar aroma in the house. It was okay.
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🤪😜🤪😜

That chicken looks dry af!
This recipe strikes me as racist.....biden 2024!!!!
Drawn out way too far. I am sick and tired of people like this that just copy someone else’s work!
There is no way it takes only 3-4 minutes to cook each side...
I think that's just for the caramelisation on the outside, the rest would cook when it simmers in the sauce later on
YUCK 🤮I hate garlic.
The recipe is great as always, but please dont put tricky bait and lame titles for your recipes
Where is the “tricky bait and lame title”?
Looks delicious always but it's actually harmful to put honey in heated stuffs, i have to say as a doc sorry🙊
Do you mean on raw foods or meats by your comment “heated stuffs”? Because people put honey in BBQ sauce for all kinds of meat. Also honey 🍯 is put in hot tea and coffee as well.🍵
@@lunakat6369 anything heated, unfortunately. It forms into acrylamide and it's not good for health. Chips, fries etc. not to blaming the recipe but we all should aware of acrylamide.
This one is copy cut..👎
