@@YuuRock. OM doesn't have ARPG with free roam battle. HSR, genshin, HI3 etc. Whenever people say rpg, normally they mean the battle system. OM is just click and hold rhythm game. It's barely a gamers game, more like a casual time killer.

Same! I love FF models in general, Noctis from (XV) and Tifa from(VII) is the main inspiration behind these characters. Tbh, I kinda want gacha games like HSR and GI's artstyle to look like FF.

this got recommended to me when i was looking for something to watch before going to bed on 19.1 (after midnight) literally went to google play after and downloaded it and was surprised its actually out - was literally in time for the release and have been addicted to the game since, thanks yt for showing this to me and thank you for playing it and making it interesting xD

Xavier is basically Jack Frost and Rafayel straight up looks and sounds like Uki Violeta from Nijisanji EN...and honestly, I'm here for it 😂
I kinda hope that one of them is a childhood friend trope because i unironically like those in otome games.
Which is weird because i don't prefer them in romance stories i read.
But Gavin in Queen's Choice completely stole my heart back when i played that i was grinding hard to max out all of his cards (like i was obsessed) until my phone broke and i lost all my progress (sad QwQ)
I loved how awkward he is at times and how much of a tsundere he is. And the fact that he liked the mc since they were kids but due to him unable to express himself and his bad personality he was unable to confess (the mc literally thought the love letter was a threat and didn't read it out of fear (to be fair it was stained with blood because of a fight he just had)).
And then he went out of his way to join a agency just so that he can improve himself and to protect the mc so that he'd be good for her.
Like, boy. Marry me already.
And then you got Luke from Tears of Themis, aside from the fact that he shares the same name as mu cousin. I love his Sherlock Holmes aesthetic and passion that made him a detective himself (I'm a sucker for detectives). Him quietly suffering while trying to protect the mc too pulls at my heart strings because it reminds me of 707 from Mystic Messenger where he refuses to open up but still goes out of his way to help you and all you want to do is hug him.
Like boy, let me hug you.
So if Rafael is secretly a childhood friend then yes pls. I can even forgive his hairstyle lol.
I can't trust Zayne because of a particular doctor love interest from Queen's Choice that sets off so many alarms in my head to stay away.
I found him very creepy. And i don't even remember his name anymore.
Anyway, don't know don't care.
Moral of the story is, childhood friends in otome games are precious and must be protected at all costs.
And creepy stalking doctors should be avoided and given a restraining order.
So as far as I played this game... the "childhood friend" zayne so far is like supposedly older than heroine and just reunited again when he became heroine's doctor after she attended to take a hunter job. And his personality leaning to stoic one rather than being sus and quite awkward sometimes that he actually like cute things and has a soft side of him 😅😅 (to the point heroine likes to tease him a lot because he's way too serious). So amongst all those 3 i'll say Xavier still by far the most sus compared the other 2 and you can be rest assured. There's going to be 4th love interest but they still has no sprites yet & might be sus as MQLC love interests.
@hermitrii6442 I've been playing through the game since it's release and so far i haven't chosen who i want to romance. I think the eng dub and how weirdly paced the audio is is making it difficult to get immersed in the story.
Like when i went to Rafael's studio both him and the mc kept cutting each other off and the pacing of the conversation was very weird.
And then with Zayne he barely talks and the mc gets uncomfortably awkward that i feel uncomfortably awkward.
I tried the chinese voice over and i felt like it was better but haven't tried it during cutscenes as those goes fast and i won't be able to rely on my reading skills to catch up with what's going on.
I think the 3d animation while very pretty and impressive is making dialogue difficult. As they voice over needs to keep up with it instead of the animation being in sync with the voice over.
Like watching a eng dub of a italian cartoon like Winx Club.
I wanna like Rafael because i like his vibe and aesthetic more, his rougue outfit and card made me swoon.
But i feel like Zayne is trying to fight for my affection because i usually like awkward silent types in stories. But being subjected to it is a bit uncomfortable. Maybe it'll change over time as the mc and Zyane warm up to each other and it stops being awkward.
Like with Gavin. I did not like him at first and thought of him as a jerk but he won me over.
All i can say for Xavier is that i want that 5 star card of him in a bunny suit. I need it for my own amusement.
@@vvgirl6173 oh yeah i'll agree on english dub surely not my main option to play this game (it's either between chinese /jp dub that manage to captivate the game experience overall). I do have some maim grip with this game as well but hopefully there's a room of improvement (like ui text for dialogue not fitted with box so we have to scrolled up&down makes ot difficult to navigate. 3d sure is the main sell but as you pointed out, also hv to make us keep up with the dialogue overall).
Rafayel definitely are the most favorable choice amongst people so far due to his outgoing nature so I can relate! Zayne is awkward but as the story goes (& as someone who had read 1-2 his 5stars card) he is really the most comfy and caring in his mature way that you can help getting swooned over considering how mc likes to teased him a lot!

@hermitrii6442 I've mentioned before that Zayne has been fighting for my affection, and what i mean by that is that he's been popping up in while wishing to the point i have his more of his cards than the others.
I even have both of his 5 star fantasy cards that pair together.
I haven't read the story yet but he's trying really hard to get my attention.
And i will admit he's really pretty, i like his eyes. His eng voice just doesn't really do it for me.
