Real coconut water as in from the nut spoils really fast, so I'm guessing the 'coconut water' in this has to be the fake packaged kind. No way can you batch make smoothies with real coconut water unless you keep them solid frozen.
Is real coconut water better than the packed kind? I've only had the latter and it was pretty meh no matter the brand. First time I tried it I even got disappointed like "Is this the famous coconut water?" 😂
