I always wondered what the aftermath would be as far as residue and how difficult it would be to remove one of those. also, the fact that you re-registered your fingerprints to show exactly how they work with the screen protector was exactly what I'm looking for in a thorough video.

I just discovered you randomly on UA-cam while I was searching for S23 Ultra accessories (I got the S23 Ultra) - I‘m considering myself a „smartphone accessory enthusiast“ if that’s a thing 😅 I’m really impressed how much effort you put in this video, I also watched your 2 hours S23 Ultra cases video of you - I watched both of them full length, awesome work 👍🏼 I‘ve never seen someone reviewing and comparing so many cases/screen protectors in one video, and I was really surprised how much good screen protectors there are for the S23 Ultra (due to the curved screen). You definitely got a new subscriber with me 👍🏼 Great 👍🏼 I myself am using the Supcase UB Pro for my S23 Ultra (with the integrated screen protector), really happy with it.

With the IMBZBK screen protector, it covers the front camera. Unlike other screen protectors that have a cutout for the camera. Do you notice any difference in the quality of pictures?

Thanks for a great video! I bought a case protector that has a screen protector built in, but the fingerprint sensor can be seen when watching videos etc at certain angles and lighting. Do you see the fingerprint sensor area when you have a tempered glass screen protector installed, like the AmFilm glass or the Whitestone Dome Glass?
No. What you see is glue that some screen protectors use on the fingerprint sensor area to improve the contact between the phone and the screen protector. Every screen protector that uses liquid adhesive doesn't use this trick, so you won't have the same problem.
I used to hate film screen protectors after having a bad experience with Spigen (wet installation type). But after having tried other film screen protectors (non wet type), I think they are okay. The performance pretty much reminds me of the factory-installed screen protectors that the Note 10 Plus used to have.
I just upgraded from the note 10 plus and that is the exact type of screen protector I'm looking for. What do you recommend??

@@M0_305 on my note 20 ultra although i followed the instructions to remove it when it broke, what it did was fragment into a thousand pieces that i had to scrape with a blade

Which tempered glass screen protector would you say allows for max screen touch sensitivity? Mine seems makes it hard to select things.... and I have enabled the screen protector display option that helps some by not enough. Thank you for your input and help
I have the spiegen neoflex. What bothers me is that it doesn't go over the curved edges. I use the edge panel and gestures instead oh the home/ back buttons, and the edge of the screen protector is very thick. That bothered me a lot, but the edge seems to get better with time, i must say.
Great video! I do appreciate easy installation. However, I primarily want to make sure that my actual phone's screen won't crack or chip if dropped with a screen protector, from height, onto something like rough asphalt... I would like to see how the non-tempered glass varieties hold up to such impact!
normally one of the roles of a case is to weight it down on other sides to prevent the screen hitting the ground. but I can tell you the foil ones won't protect from a crack in something that is somewhat sharper and will hit the screen (though usually worst cracks come from having the phone fall on the sides.

Is there a reason you didn't like the Gatatol over the other liquid adhesive ones? It looked very similar and possibly had better scratch resistance.
Mainly because of the installation issues with the liquid and the specs of no adhesive under the glass.

I have the Ultra on order and already have the Whitestone Dome Glass ready to go.. Been using on several phones and it’s just brilliant.. It even saved my S20 Ultra when the Dome Glass cracked after a fall but the screen underneath was just fine..
Yea, your phone probably wouldve survived without the glass aswell. My experience i dropped my s10 without glass multiple times with bo problems. Dropped my s7 with glass and every drop the glass seemed to break resulting in a costly reshielding. Once i stopped i still dropped the phone multiple times and it never broke the glass. So I feel like the "glass" protection only works well against scratches.
Just get the samsung leather case with no screen protector or Dbrand or whatever

I'm using the clear version of the MOWEI and it worked like charm with the installation, the fingerprint, s-pen and all the cases I use. Installation is easy If you do everything calm and collected. Great video and overview for all the options.

It worked well for me, too. But then the corner came up when I put a case on. I fixed it and tried a more loose case and it came up in the same place, too. Rats!

I went with the gatatol liquid adhesive. I tried whitestone dome in the past never worked out for me. This one was perfect my first try and so far i ❤ it and also it is a full screen protector no camera cut out or fingerprint hole
Got my S23 upon release week. My case worked great enough protecting it. I dropped it in my sink (brushing my teeth 😂) so now I'm watching this video after the screen broke. Thanks for taking the time to do this!
It seemed that you really liked the Milomdoi no adhesive tempered glass the most (2 thumbs up). Was there a reason you put it in its own category when judging at the end of the video. Is there a reason that someone may want one that uses liquid adhesive? Because if the Milomdoi performed so well and did not use liquid adhesive, I would think it would be ranked #1 if you combined both tempered glass categories at the end. Or was it the case that Milomdoi was not as good as the other tempered glass protectors, but got bonus points for no liquid adhesive hassle?

Thank you for taking the time to create this video. I tried to give the first screen protector I bought a chance but after 2 days I tossed it into the trash and started searching for a new one. I came across your video and decided to purchase the Milomdoi because I prefer tempered glass but I didn't want the mess of applying a liquid. I also liked how it seemed to apply like a film even though it was tempered glass. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I watched the installation video they suggested first. Then I watched the video as I was doing the actual installation. It came out perfect. I had 2 tiny bubbles. One in the middle of the screen and one near the camera but I was able to smooth them out using the tools that came with the kit. My case went on with no issue, the screen is bubble free and best of all the finger print scanner works! For people having an issue with the finger print scanner your finger cannot be dry. As long as your finger has moisture it will work. Its been on a week so far with no issues.

No issues so far. Screen is still free of bubbles and fingerprint scanner still works.

I had purchased the Coliary ultra screen protector with the 9H tempered glass. Found it one of the easiest ones to place. Finger print was a little difficult but registered. Thank you for sharing. Great job!

Thank you for this video. I was beginning to feel overwhelmed by the abundance of screen protector videos that wouldn't get straight to the point and were more opinion pieces than actual tests.
You were able to steer me away from the films, which to be fair could have worked, and I instead decided to purchase the Whitestone Dome Glass with liquid adhesive. I got the S23 Ultra as a gift to give on Mother's Day but once I remembered that she keeps her phone in her purse, I realized I had to get a screen protector as well.

He instalado el Neo Flex de Spigen en varios dispositivos, han funcionado bien y por he podido colocar de forma perfecta sin problemas, un tip para esto es hacer la instalación con un cover puesto ya que será una pequeña guía. Ir sacando el agua poco a poco y no todo de golpe, así no se moverá tanto y podrás colocarlo perfecto mientras queda algo de líquido debajo. Es ahí donde aprietas un poco con una mano y terminas de sacar líquido con la otra
Hey thanks for this video man I've bought some expensive screen protectors and had so much trouble with the curved screen I tried the milomdoi and with you video installed it and so far so good the finger print works good and feels the only issue is an ocean bubble pops up but that little pry tool and squeegee fix it right away so thanks

Thanks for the video, I really appreciate it. The best and worst protector are mixed up on the timestamps though. I got the Milomdoi after watching and I am impressed how smoth it works. If you do not get good results with transmission between glass and display at first just wait a couple of minutes and it will turn out to be perfect.

Do you know if the Milomdol screen protector fits with the Spigen tough armour case? I've seen some reviews on amazon saying it didn't for them but I had a similar experience with my old s7 edge where all I had to do when installing was add the hard part on afterwards however not sure if that would work with the s23u tough armour case.

I tried the whitestone dome on my S20 Ultra, last november but I wasted first glass as the liquid was not spreading enough and at the second one I put more liquid as some said. I put it on, I cured it as instructed but first disadvantage for me was that it was too sharp for the fingers even with case (had the silicon transparent Samsung case, leather samsung case and spigen slim case. also after ~1 month the protector started to come of the screen on the sides. And now I'm studying for me soon to arrive S23 ultra what protector to put since it doesn't come factory default with one (like my s20U came)

With respect to bulky/expensive kits, it would be helpful to know if supplies can be ordered separately without going to the expense of reordering the entire kit every time we need more tempered glass or UV glue. This would help make an informed decision on whether to invest in a pricey kit. A good analogy would be like purchasing a new car every time it needed it's tires replaced just because they can't be purchased separately.

@@Samthenega Whtiestone has a replacement warranty. Use another phone, take a picture of the broken Whitestone Dome glass and they will send you a new screen protector/installation kit for one. Then you rip off the broken one, install the second one that came in the kit while they send you another replacement. You always have one spare on hand.
I'm done with Whitestone. Filed a warrant and they sent me the wrong replacement then refused to respond to my concerns. Had to file a claim through PayPal to get the shipping and handling costs back. Their customer service has gone in the toilet.
Went with Milomdoi Tempered glass screen protector after your video works great no bubbles ( just to small dust pieces that I can live with) but the finger print scanner isn't working as well as I would of hoped , its more hit and miss, even after adding freshing prints multiple times and increasing the sensitivity. but overall would still recommend it.
Are you fingers dry? My fingerprints usually have issues when my hands are dry. If that’s the case try a bit of moisturizer and see if it helps.
I ended up redoing the prints and pushing really hard during the scans , it seems to work much more consistently now
I went with that one, too, and installation went great. However, every time I tried to put my Spigen case on, the screen protector would lift at the corners, basically rendering it useless. Do you know of a good case that won't affect the screen protector?
My only problem is that the spigen case I bought pushes and lifts the tempered glass protector so I need to change one of it. Any tempered glass screen protector and case recommendation together? As I am worried the not tempered glass screen protectors will not protect against drop.
@@hexiler I had the same problem. I finally ended up getting brave enough to order and install the Whitestone Dome screen protector, and I then paired it with an Otterbox Commuter case. No problems at all, perhaps with the exception of finding that it is perhaps a wee bit easier than I'd like to pop my phone out of that particular Otterbox case. This solution was a little bit pricey, though, but at least my phone is now protected.
So frustrated that the Milomdoi was not compatible with the Supcase beetle pro case. It bubbled up and ended up breaking and one of the glass shards got stuck in my finger! Do you know which screen protector would be compatible to the Supcase?!!

just bought this phone in Lavender, and primarily I use tempered glass protectors because they work best vs the film ones. This video was extremely helpful showing application, recommendations, and links for where to buy. Thanks so much!
@@moonrise258 for me the tempered glass is better because im clumsy and drop my phone a-lot. I dont like the film covers because when my phone drops I get the cracks underneath and the film helps it stay together but essentially I need to replace the phone. Hope this helps! :)

I bought a EGV screen protector for my new Samsung s23. The company gave me 3 which all 3 didn't work after having it on a few days later after every time I put a new one on because the other one wouldn't stick on or slide off eventually. Im looking for a flexible screen protector that aint gonna crack like glass screen protector's tired of that shit, So out of all these screen protectors which one is the best to use?
Dang dude, I watched till the end...I wish I could just have you apply my screen u have lots of practice...again not sure if the TG would take a drop?...but I liked them the ones that covered the hole punch cam i like them all...tpu film might be my choice since I don't know how the tempered glass handles drops....good 👍 keep making vids dude you make it look easy, and you tell what to do in case you make a mistake stay on course, which builds confidence. As much as I would like you to install my screen, I think I'd be pretty confident after watching you, cheers bro!
Any chance you've ever tried these with a mous limitless case? I've tried the Milomdoi a few different times and the case pushes up the sides of the protector creating constant bubbles. Will a liquid adhesive one work better? Thank you!

I'm very interested in the Whitestone Dome Glass. What scared me was the large piece of dust that wound up under it near the camera. You say that is not the protectors fault. However, it seems it was the install kits fault. When you slide the plastic key that holds the protector up, it looks like that piece of dust was in the slot that the key passes through and is pushed onto your screen at that moment. White dome is the messiest of all the liquis UV screen protectors.

@@Tornado_Mang lucky you bro. I've done it for three phones and good god after the screen went down and the UV was done and I pulled the phone out, the adhesive was everywhere.
I wound up getting it for my Galaxy S23 Ultra
My wife installed it on hers before I was able to install it on mine. She has no trouble and is loving the results.

went with the Milomdoi or what have you but the film one .my case says its not compatible with edge to edge glass screen protectors. i am only worried about micro scratches tho i have never cracked a screen and only 1 scratch on my old note9. hoping it all works out never used a screen protector before. thanks for the info and take care

Tried 4 the Whitestone uv film protector, the cent crease didn't fade away on any of them if anything it only became more pronounced. It does create pixel distortion as well, everything else about it was great but the crease was a deal breaker for me

i got the milomdoi and it went on flawless! wish the edges were clear not black feel like its blocking the screen just slightly. but so far the best i have used. Fyi does not work with spigen tough armor case edges get pushed up
Well that’s great news except for the case, it’s hard to know how it’s going to work out with everyone’s case . Unfortunately the only way to know is to try it but I love the protector.
Good thing I saw this when I did. I had just ordered it and I do have the spigen tough armor case. Been having a time with the screen protectors that have the fingerprint cutout not sticking properly or something. I can't even register a fingerprint with them. Not sure I want a film as I feel like that doesn't offer much protection. I was thinking the ones that come with the Uv light were a gimmick.
