Thank you for the comment and support Scott. Feedback is always welcome , I like to hear what my viewers like and suggestions on what I can make better for future content.
I think the S24 Ultra started a trend. From now on, more and more phones will have anti-reflective screens since the response has been mostly positive. I don't know how but in future evaluations of screen protectors could you find a way to measure or test their reflectiveness? I think one factor in choosing a protector will be whether it makes the screen more or less reflective relative to a standard screen. And one more candidate I would suggest: An official Samsung screen protector (plastic film) which claims to be anti-reflective.
@@lcdat From other reviews I have seen, the OEM Samsung screen protector is somewhat anti-reflective, somewhere between having no protector film at all on a S24 Ultra, and having a generic tempered glass protector. Having cracked the phone screen once, I don't want to risk going without anything.
I actually wanted to comment the same thing since I just saw a drop test that the S24 Ultra didn't do too well at, cracked at waist height (cases are important for these phones). I have Samsung Care+ to get the screen repaired if anything ever happens, but that shouldn't be mandatory for all users. I feel like anti-reflectiveness, which is part of the reason some people (myself included) went for the S24 Ultra, should definitely be a matter of importance in these ratings for this specific phone (and any other new phones that may come with Corning GG Armor or any other new anti-reflective glasses). Another reason some of us went for the S24U was the scratch resistance being better, really not showing scratches at 6, only starting to pick up pock marks at 7, and full scratches at 8, so seeing that it's more scratch-resistant and anti-reflective is nice, but the lack of fall resistance is disappointing for GG Armor.
@@Emolokz I don't think the S24 Ultra is worse than other phones, and scratch resistance does necessarily translate to drop resistance. I cracked the glass on a Note 10 and since then have used screen protectors on all of my phones (not curved).
This is a brilliant video. If there's anything I'd add, it'd be the drop test. Stronger screen protectors tend to not break but then transfer all the drop stress to the phone screen and it breaks. I think it'd be better if you place a glass sheet under the screen protector instead of that solid block.
Superb. Who cares if you have affiliate links. You gave your honest opinion and you did WAY more to test the products. Don't change your in-depth formula. I appreciate and enjoyed the Snyder Cut and I'm subscribing. Cheers to a fantastic job!
It might be a very uncomfortable idea for many companies, but maybe these plastic guides can be reused, and have a standard of putting screen protectors so these guides work for all of them. That way we dont throw them away. Ofc the plastics that cover the screen protector cant be reused so it will still produce waste, but not as much
@@noveliayukiI’ve now seen a few companies with pull tab screen protectors that use one guide for multiple pack boxes. I use Tocol for iPhone 16 pro and it’s two screen protectors but only one guide, It gets the pull tab thing with the screen protector plastic clipping on to a few hangers in the guide, allowing one guide to be used for a two pack. If they release a 3 pack then it gets even better.
Can you do another review and focus on the anti reflectiveness? I "have" to put the protector on but want to enjoy the AR feature as closely as possible ty
I'm really curious that other than Privacy solutions is there any way to cut reflections using tempered glass protector? I'm not sure which one to pick, but reflections are pretty annoying on almost everything I saw in person. Thanks in advance if you have recommendations.

Nah unfortunately not lol. The only thing I've found is that it helps dissipate damage, but nobody has really tested it. Why was the AMFilm Clear glass such a fail on the drop test whereas on the S23+ version it held all the way until 8.75 feet? Is it the same screen protector only for two different phones or no?

Nobody who compares screen protectors on the Galaxy S24 Ultra seems o be mentioning comparisons of the relatively low reflectance of the naked screen with the reflectance of the screen protectors. Do any screen protectors match the phone, or do we lose that selling point?
For the most part, the ANTI REFLECTIVE feature is completely gone with these temper glass protectors. I just added one on mine and after rocking phone with no protector for a month, I'm debating every minute to take it OFF. I got used to the non reflective screen 😢
Which screen protector is mostly suitable with polarized sunglasses? I have used the Spigen Glastr EZ Fit HD and I have a greenish effect, which is very annoying. Any suggestions?
I've been using Spigen since my S4 and it's very durable. Then I use Dome Glass on my S10+. Now I'm using Dome Glass for my S24 Ultra as well and I'm surprise how scratch resistance it has more than Spigen does.
I can not find Torras Diamond Shield $7.99 the one you reviewed! I found Torras Top-Notch Diamond Shield $25.99 on the link you posted. Are they the same quality?
Glad to see that the Gatatol screen protector made it to the top 3. I used the brand on the s23 U because of your recommendation and it was the best tempered glassed ive used on any of my previous phones. Plan to put the order in now for my s24 U
Hi there from cold Glasgow Scotland. I am using the ERS tempered glass ultra,military-grade protection what I think is the best one for my samsung s23ultra. Could you give it your review?
So, I get the idea that the Whitestone dome glass is the better screen protector for this phone but, I’m curious. Between Whitestone and flow lab, which screen protector covers more “screen real estate”?
Bought the Torras case a month ago and installed it right away. Noticed within two weeks that it's already developing bubbles on the top left side-not happy about it. I'm using the original Samsung leather case, so there's ample space between the protector and the case.
I just want to know where i can find the torras diamond for the 7.99 that it was listed as on the video. Even with an amazon discount and a 5% coupon it was still over 30. Maybe he isnt located in america, and thats not dollars.
wtf 52:30 all you did was pull 1 tab and lift the film off, flawless application, fits perfectly, no bubbles as you exactly said.... but yet only a 4/5 for installation???????????? give it 5/5 what else do you want it to do for 5 stars? be applied via magic without even touching it?
I've already bought & installed 1 of my amFilm Glass Protectors. Huge fan at how easy it was to install & a 2pk was $8! Bubble Free, everything from Fingerprints to S-Pen works great. I love the selfie hole & not that "U" Cut Out on the Protector, it's dead center!
The privacy variety of that brand completely kills the fingerprint sensor. Just put it on and took it off not 30 mins ago. That's how I ended up here. 😅
Picked up the Torras one thanks to your video. Having applied it, it went on easy, it looks good, has a nice slick texture, and seems rather olephobic. Very nice. Thanks!
I'm finding that out too. I have already tested the spigen ez fit one and it was the same. I am currently in line to get a torres and a wysken. Hopefully they have better rounded edges.
@brandenite I still have the amfilm on. Got a case, and the issue wasn't as bad as before. I still don't get why they didn't curve the edges properly, especially with gestures being the default.
@dozieeze Yes, I tried the case thing too. I usually use a tough armor case, and the edges were still pretty crappy. I switched right now to the liquid crystal clear case by spigen and it is better... but I feel like it lacks enough protection for the phone. I never knew there was a slim armor version of the tough armor. So I have ordered that and am currently waiting. Tell me you're OCD without telling me you're OCD. I can't help it. It's gott be just right. 🤣
Great video I got a glass screen protector on my s24 ultra but after I installed on the left side of my phone on the right angle with the light there's like a green purple rainbow effect on the left side on my phone after I install the glass screen protector is this an issue what is this I don't understand when I did not have a screen protector on my s24 ultra the screen was fine never dropped it screen is like brand new when I apply at the glass screen protector I have this weird coloring on the left side of the screen protector
I was waiting for your video, which has helped me a great deal the last two years. Certainly helped me now with my S24Ultra. Love your videos and fully appreciate the effort you put into them. Thank you.
Maybe your droptest onto the screen protector sitting on a very hard and rigid stone plate isn't comparable to the situation on a smartphone, because the phone is somehow more elastic. I would suggest a metal plate of a thickness of some millimeters instead, which elasticity is similar to a smarthone, supported at its ends. This elasticity could be measured by some tests with smartphones and simulated in your drop tests by an equivalent steel plate, which is supported an its ends too.
i absolutely love your videos on the cases and on the screen protectors for the S24 Ultra.. Ive always been a Love Mei Metal Case fan as my note 10 and note 20 Ultra 5G both were saved countless times.. from being ran over with a car to falling off 3rd floor balcony, that darn case even saved me from a clip from a saw blade (current case). haha. So, I stand by the Love Mei cases even though they weigh a ton and turn your phone into a tank.. lol. Similar to you, I've always liked the whitestones dome glass screen protectors since I found them but they are a pain to take off once the spiderweb cracks are present.. So, their screen protectors are pretty legit imv. I am however curious on the new find and may try out the Torras Diamond Shield this time around or the UltraGlass due to the drop test.. So, thanks for the awesome video & for covering the real-world testing. I`d much rather watch a long video like this vs the hundreds of other small and inadequate vids any day! haha. KuDoS & you now have a new follower..
**you should try out one of the Love Mei cases for your own enjoyment and personal testing/playtime. haha. I can already assess things and confirm that you most likely wouldn't fancy it much due to the size/weight but it's totally the cybertruck style phone tank of cellphone cases.. The ones with the built in screen protectors are not all that great due to spoty and sometimes absent biometric compatibility. Nonetheless, they are totally a legit option for "rugged" & "heavy duty" users like myself with an added & compatible screen protector..
Hey nice video, but I think its a missed opportunity that you didn't compare the glare and reflections of these screen protectors especially when the S24 Ultra has such nice antireflective screen.
Thank you for this thorough review, I'm torn between Torras and UltraGlass! I had Samsung's anti reflective screen protector that I got with the phone for preorder, but it seemed like a cheap plastic film and it picked up scratches easily.
The torras was the best, I have the whitestone dome didnt use it yet my phone gets here tomorrow but it looks pretty good based on your installment great video 👍
I just buy bought the case otter box defender today and looking for best anti refelective screen protector and camara lense cover now ...i will be getting phone next month 1 week only 😂
@HighTechCheck Thank you for the great video. Im most interested in glare reduction and comparing all the reflections from your lighting, it looks like the Flolab and Zagg XTR3 are the best. I know it doesnt protect as well but have you ever tested the Samsung branded film, just for appearance purposes?
really missing the whitestone dome glass drop test here !! ;( was considering buying that one but drop protection is very important to me.. did you by any chance perform the test but forgot to include it? awesome video nonetheless !!
Hey the Whitestone dome did not break for me when I dropped my phone but my screen shattered behind the screen protector. That's my fear for all of these
The Flolab one was the one I was looking for. It does advertise anti-reflectivity, but I would like to see a side by side with the bare screen on the S24 Ultra. Great video though.
@@DarkstalkerZero not as far as i can tell. Didnt do a side by side comparison though. A side by side with my old screen protector vs the flolab one shows less relflections though. Not as much as the bare screen but for now thats by far the best i've seen
@@DarkstalkerZero Its quite expensive though. I'm quite happy with it as it feels great and installation is amazing but i wouldnt spend 40$ just for the anti reflective coating. Its less reflecting for sure but the difference isnt worth that much in my opinion. But overall its a really good glass
It's either the Ultra Glass or the Torras. The Torras has better screen protection, but kinda awful rainbow going on. The Ultra Glass still has great protection, yet less than the Torras, however much less rainbow. I was originally located the Zagg XT3, alas, it's apparently ass. I love the install of the Ultra Glass and Torras. I just wish they'd stop making to ugly as sin U shaped camera holes. It kinda defeats the purpose of having a full screen like we do. Shenanigans I tell ya! Probably going for Ultra Glass.
Can you tell me please what is the best full cover screen protector??? Because i don't like the cutout for the camera well not the v shape it's kinda ruin the whole big beautiful display
So after watching this I decided to give the torras a try (still waiting for it) but then I got into the negative reviews side of amazon.. a lot saying it was breaking easy, so that got me looking for more test videos.. and one that popped up was the iPhone version of the torras, and that broke at 5ft instead of over 8ft... so now I'm worried about quality control. I think you could make a really interesting video by getting multiple units of a top performing protector brand, or a few brands, and running the tests multiple times to check and see if there is wild variations between units.
Thank you so much for your detailed, thorough and comprehensive reviews. It helped me figure out what is best for my needs. I appreciated your calm demeanor! Don't know why some content creators feel that they need to seem exciting by yelling. That instantly shuts me off. So, - thank you!!!
@hightechcheck , You made a fairly large error on the Whitestone Dome premium glass. There should be NOTHING on the screen protector when you put the UV light on to cure the adhesive. Anything that's on the glass will leave a shadow when you're done. Since you left the square weight on the glass and put the UV light on top of it, that square weight left a nice shadow that will be VERY noticeable in sunlight. You should address this so you dont make anyone else ruin their screen

Does privacy protector cause any display issues? Like dull screen... thanks...
I love the screen protector videos. I watch them from start to finish even if I don't have the specific device showcased in the video.
May everyone in the world has the time you have ...
Come on man🤣🤣🤣@@WaqasNasir
Any of them was wider than Dome Glass EA? I don't care about case friendliness but for covering as much as possible.
Great video. I'm a Whitestone Dome glass guy myself. It's never let me down. The install is involved but so worth it.
Me same .. i will buy again whitestone dome for s24 ultra
Does fingerprint work fine without having to re-register them with this brand?
Top notch and informative video ! High yield and as fair as can be ! Way to go... Salute.
So, I get the idea that the Whitestone dome glass is the better screen protector for this phone but, I’m curious. Between Whitestone and flow lab, which screen protector covers more “screen real estate”?
Very satisfying video but what about the anti-glare capabilities of gorilla glass armor, does any screen protector retains them?
The torras screen protector is now an upgraded version of this one, can you review it please?
Not sure if you will this but wondering if there is any plans to do screen protectors for a oneplus 12 😊
Torras is best screen Protector i bought one of amazon and its just perfect
Wich is the best bubble free version?
I've already bought & installed 1 of my amFilm Glass Protectors.
Huge fan at how easy it was to install & a 2pk was $8!
Bubble Free, everything from Fingerprints to S-Pen works great.
I love the selfie hole & not that "U" Cut Out on the Protector, it's dead center!
The privacy variety of that brand completely kills the fingerprint sensor. Just put it on and took it off not 30 mins ago. That's how I ended up here. 😅
complete and thorough reviews. best I've seen. Thanks
Picked up the Torras one thanks to your video. Having applied it, it went on easy, it looks good, has a nice slick texture, and seems rather olephobic. Very nice. Thanks!
The amfilm left and right side ain't rounded properly. Kinda makes my thumb sore.
What is your opinion on ESR protectors?
It's crap on the fingerprint
Great video I got a glass screen protector on my s24 ultra but after I installed on the left side of my phone on the right angle with the light there's like a green purple rainbow effect on the left side on my phone after I install the glass screen protector is this an issue what is this I don't understand when I did not have a screen protector on my s24 ultra the screen was fine never dropped it screen is like brand new when I apply at the glass screen protector I have this weird coloring on the left side of the screen protector
What is the best fingerprint friendly and anti reflection? That makes a selfie camera.
I was waiting for your video, which has helped me a great deal the last two years. Certainly helped me now with my S24Ultra. Love your videos and fully appreciate the effort you put into them. Thank you.
It makes it all worth it when I see comments like this, I’m really glad it helped you out and thank you so much for your support.
@@osatoladyb1085 I use the Torras and highly recommend it.
This elasticity could be measured by some tests with smartphones and simulated in your drop tests by an equivalent steel plate, which is supported an its ends too.
which one has the least sharp edges? a lot of them advertise as 2.5d round edge but i find that it's too sharp for gestures.
i absolutely love your videos on the cases and on the screen protectors for the S24 Ultra..
Thank you for the comment and the support! I’ll have to look into the mei metal case.
There are different screen size for the S24 Ultra which one is more compatible?
Please can you confirm if some of the film protectors have marks after using the S-Pen
Is the 1st one (Torras) a glass or a film?
How is it possible that Gatatol is 5 times cheaper with almost the same parameters?!
Hey nice video, but I think its a missed opportunity that you didn't compare the glare and reflections of these screen protectors especially when the S24 Ultra has such nice antireflective screen.
I appreciate the hard work, but why did you skip on the official Samsung S24U screen protector?
Thank you for this thorough review, I'm torn between Torras and UltraGlass! I had Samsung's anti reflective screen protector that I got with the phone for preorder, but it seemed like a cheap plastic film and it picked up scratches easily.
Wow, the most complete screen protector review on earth! Thank you very much! Congratulations! Subscribed!
The torras was the best, I have the whitestone dome didnt use it yet my phone gets here tomorrow but it looks pretty good based on your installment great video 👍
Torras is good but the camera cutout is ugly.
I always use spigen
have the torrus one and I hate it. I had to take it off. Fingerprint dont work ever.
@@Statistic189 Did you redo your finger prints multiple times with same finger or thumb? Also helps to turn on extra sensitivity
@@Yielar1 done all that none of it helped
@@Statistic189 try spigen. It works perfect
Why didnt you do a drop test on the #4 dome protector?.
Thank you for your always good quality work. You have always helped me every year to find good protection for my phone. Almost 3 years now ❤
Excellent video. Very detailed, very well explained and best of all your honest opinion. Thank you very much ,It helped a lot
Anyone have any input if toras diamond is compatible with otterbox defender pro?
I just buy bought the case otter box defender today and looking for best anti refelective screen protector and camara lense cover now ...i will be getting phone next month 1 week only 😂
@@VipinWilson-md2yn the toras works with ob. Best screen protector I've ever had. No joke.
Yo si y se ralla fácilmente
There are so many choices and I do not know which one to get. Awesome video! Thanks for sharing! 💯
really missing the whitestone dome glass drop test here !! ;(
was considering buying that one but drop protection is very important to me.. did you by any chance perform the test but forgot to include it? awesome video nonetheless !!
I have it on my s24u and its pretty great so far. Maybe not 100% as anti reflective as the bare screen but it's definitely noticeably less
@@_jabe That's good to hear. Does it distort the colors at all?
@@DarkstalkerZero not as far as i can tell. Didnt do a side by side comparison though. A side by side with my old screen protector vs the flolab one shows less relflections though. Not as much as the bare screen but for now thats by far the best i've seen
@@_jabe Thank you for the insight. Think I know which one I'll order now
@@DarkstalkerZero Its quite expensive though. I'm quite happy with it as it feels great and installation is amazing but i wouldnt spend 40$ just for the anti reflective coating. Its less reflecting for sure but the difference isnt worth that much in my opinion. But overall its a really good glass
Could you test the Aacl glass screen protector
Thank you in advance 😊
Great video
Which ones have the least glare and best fingerprint reading
Good in-depth video, thanks. How come you didn't include/review the official S24U screen protector from Samsung though? 🤔
also wondering that
So after watching this I decided to give the torras a try (still waiting for it) but then I got into the negative reviews side of amazon.. a lot saying it was breaking easy, so that got me looking for more test videos.. and one that popped up was the iPhone version of the torras, and that broke at 5ft instead of over 8ft... so now I'm worried about quality control. I think you could make a really interesting video by getting multiple units of a top performing protector brand, or a few brands, and running the tests multiple times to check and see if there is wild variations between units.
Thanks so much for your hard work on this video!
Extremely in-depth and helpful reviews. You helped me finally settle on a screen protector for my new s24u
How do I get the flash wallpaper on my s24 ultra?
Thank you so much for your detailed, thorough and comprehensive reviews. It helped me figure out what is best for my needs. I appreciated your calm demeanor! Don't know why some content creators feel that they need to seem exciting by yelling. That instantly shuts me off. So, - thank you!!!
Could you possibly test the edge of the glass, I see some temper the edges more then others
thank you for you work
@hightechcheck , You made a fairly large error on the Whitestone Dome premium glass.
I was waiting for you to make this video thank you
You’re welcome, thank you for your support!
wish you would of done Samsung's own screen protector anti glare to review
