    You have glue music applied in the corners after it gets too much. Less glue on the contours looks great and no residue to clean. Good job.

    I know this has probably already been mentioned but honestly safest method is to remove screen cameras and battery then you have a free run at chiseling the shattered glass easily but not everyones comfortable opening up their 14 pro max so this is the other option but theres so many things that can go wrong doing it this way camera stabilizer can get damaged battery could get too hot and as he mentioned the charging port can get damaged. Credit where credit is due he done its so cleanly that he left no glue residue from the broken glass and no dents in the metal either impressive

      Yes it does, you have to be careful around the coil. It is only attached with one flex cable, also glass tends to go underneath so you can gently lift it up and blow the glass shards away.

    • @Electroprozinc
      @Electroprozinc  Рік тому +23

      To me it is all about how much heat you are applying and the orientation. If you can see heat is applied at an angle most of the time and not straight focused on one area. This helps air to travel and warm up a larger area but less warmer than if you focus it straight down. In my case we use 250-60. This temp does not affect the board underneath even if you leave it focused in one area for a long time due to the fact that apple switched from low melt to a higher temp solder that joints the interposer. Also around the camera is where you need to be most careful with how you apply heat because you can actually melt the camera lens and you may melt the flash or get desoldered. Think of soldering and chip replacement if you can perform that with no issues, then removing glass with heat method has a similar concept which is move heat to another area once piece is removed.
      Also, Plenty of videos will show you a botched frame full of scratches and dents. This helps minimize pressure applied to frame and causing less scratches and dents because it is warm enough for glass to lift easily but not warm enough to cause any damage to other components.

    2,稍微专业一点的话,会更换小孔(这个型号有原装玻璃),而不是大孔假玻璃。
    3,有专门的胶,而不是B7000,而且通常用胶枪打胶。
    4,如果是我做,我会在打胶后使用夹子使得玻璃和中框充分贴合。

  • @pcwaves
    @pcwaves Рік тому +5

    250C is a bit much, I melted once some plastic parts in the inside with less heat. And also for the battery so much heat is bad (it’s better to take the phone appart, even if it takes more time).
    You should be more careful with the edge, it seems you scratched the frame on the top (it also happened to me).

    • @Electroprozinc
      @Electroprozinc  Рік тому +2

      Everyone is comfortable with different heat settings, to me this is ideal. As far as the frame it may seem like that probably due to the angle of the camera. Also keep in mind it is all about how you apply the heat in order not to melt anything you can’t hold it in one spot for too long.

      I use 180c along with super glue remover. 250c can melt to much stuff or if a board repair had been done with low melt solder it can cause issues with that. It takes a little more to remove it but it is much safer.I unplug the battery only and have never had an issue with damaging anything, knock on wood. I also move around on the phone so one spot doesn’t get to hot.

    If the broken glass is so hard to get off, and phone works, why not just get a case that you can’t see cracks?🤔

    I dont recommend anyone doing this, simply will damage the phone. Using laser remover machine is the way to go if you run business.

    Glass was replaced previoulsy. Using heat is bad the original apple glass you want to use the laser. The replacement glass no need to use that kind of heat to get it off.

      There is no risk for internal components unless you are careless doing this type of repair.

    Guys got people who see that this thing is ez I would not recommend it to anyone I have worked on this alot I have experienced alot of issues with this which can sometimes destroy the motherboard I then used my friend laser machine if you guys want to start with something like use laser because this things sometimes will not work and if you have a 14 pro and its cracked and you destroyed the motherboard you will have alot of problems with the customers or your self I have lost 20 phones from this repair even I used air flow 40 with 180 c° it also brick the phone will not recommend this repair to anyone

      It is not possible to destroy the board with 40 air and 180c heat. You probably used the punch tool. Using the punch tool on top of the location of the board can break chipsets inside the bottom board. We have done thousands of phones using this method with zero issues. If you are a careful person, issues like the ones you mentioned can be minimized.
