I would love to see you try an all GREEN art piece! I've heard it said that green is the color with the greatest variety of shades, so I would be curious to see if you found that to be true with a painting.

This felt like old-school Ten Hun and I loved the playfulness. Peter is really feeling the joy and who wouldn’t with that gorgeous painting. I have adopted Peter’s practice of toning panels browngey so was really interested in seeing a panel toned differently.

Love it! Really impressed me that you tried the ripples. Sometimes you just have to experiment no matter how scary it can be. Especially that far into the painting! Thats half of art though stepping back and being objective and then reshaping your vision.

Someone once told me an amazing piece of advice when my old laptop would crash and I’d lose hours of work, either art or composition. “When something doesn’t work out, use the time you have to redo it to make it better than it was before.” That always helps me calm down when I screw up my art or when I lose progress on something.

I really like when artist tries to experiment with one single colour and its different shades, it is very interesting.. I would like to see you do this kind of stuff with different colours (blue, red, green, black etc), something like a series revolving around colours.

Yea, you need to make prints of this. Also you could put it on merch with diffused edges instead of having it square. It would be cool on black, gunmetal, dark, medium & light heather grey & white for sure.

Hullo Peter, I am so glad it was allowed! I did order a puzzle and I still need to frame my uncut card deck! I do hope this is as good an experience that the cards are for everyone! Yeah one colors are changed by the addition of white and black! Shifting values are changed and alter the "color" we perceive, so it's all good and Pink to the core!

Quite possibly no painting ever made more perfect for my daughter. Her favorite animal is a flamingo, she has a pink axolotl named pinky and she adores all reptiles. If you ever sell prints of this piece we will be first in line. Love it.

Waffles did this and it was so fun watching her do all the colours, you should do more colours! Maybe even tried how she did it by challenging yourself and using all your supplies in a specific colour.

I have been lacking inspiration lately for art and this kinda jumpstarted me back up... pick is one of my favorite colors and i love to see such variety... the different ways pink is used as shadowing and highlights... and yes i consider the "purples" to be shades of pink too... having this up in a home would be soo cool... so much love to you and your family
