My Lady! I never write comments, but now I have to. I did most of your recipe and it always turned out super good, they are easy to make with very straight forward instructions. For a not very good cook like me, your recipes gave me the feeling of success and I started to love cooking. Thank you for that! Now you came with this video and I am shocked how much talent you have and hard work you do with your little team. I was in Vietnam, but now I have to go back to enjoy the place by your gastronomy tour suggestion. The video is just so well-made that I cannot wait for the next one. You should add banh canh cua in there. Its very delicious crab soup with tapioca noodles.

When did you start working on it
Hello!! We started serious research October last year during a holiday to Vietnam, then we went back twice this year to continue researching and do the filming in August/September. This was a side project so we had it on the back burner to do the edits, so it took much longer than it would have if we prioritised it! :) N x

I had lived in HCMC for almost two years for work. All the food look good but not very clean…a lot of people in Vietnam got hepatitis B!
