This is my favorite go-to workout! I started WW in February of 2018 and have been using HASFIT workouts consistently throughout my weight loss journey. I’ve lost 68 lbs and in the best shape of my life. Thank you for the awesome workouts and motivation!
I absolutely love these workouts. I’ll be 54 next month and I’m beginning to negatively feel my super high intensity workouts. They just don’t cut it anymore. Instead of finishing and feeling strong, I’m suffering from foot and joint issues. But what I find with these workouts is that they are still very challenging and my body is in better shape than with just jogging or running myself crazy on an elliptical for an hour. Definitely see a significant change in my body composition. I’ve been telling everyone about Hasfit. I also love the encouraging words spoken throughout the workouts. I’m a fan for life!
I do their 45 minute hiit tabata workout and then follow it immediately with a 30 minute hiit tabata workout to exercise for at least an hour. I am 70 years old and it keeps me fit and in shape. These workouts are just great.

I have been working out at health clubs for the past 36 years, (I am 54 years old), and I just discovered HASfit these past 3 weeks while under quarantine due to the Corona virus. Your workouts are AWESOME! I love your duo routine with advanced moves and modified moves. I do both. I loved this Tabata workout! I also absolutely LOVE your bicep/tricep workouts! Your ab workouts are amazing as well. I do a number of videos each day, (due to not working right now), and yours are probably 2/3 of the workouts I do. THANK YOU so much! Even when health clubs open back up, I am going to continue to do YOUR workouts.

Wow that was great😁 I saw this video this morning and was committed to it after work today. I have to admit when I came home I was exhausted but after 5 min with the 2 of you I feel fantastic and rejuvenated. I always love that Claudia does an adaptive version of the exercise. Thank you. I love the ending yoga moves, it really helps when you’re feeling tight and a bit shaky from the workouts. I’m a busy mom of 2, and 35 years old.I workout about 3-4 times a week and love your different workouts and like that you both are a team. Thanks

While I heard that trying to catch my breath, It really hit me how you can translate this feeling to the whole time where you feel good between 2 workouts, which is... All the time (when working out consistently!)
