These videos are wonderful, well...after I recover! Seriously, they work my body well, with good alternatives if I can't do any of the exercises on a given day. My body's overall strength and resiliance has grown tremendously since I found HASfit. Many of my usual aches and pains are gone, and I'm able to do higher weights and longer sessions thanks to HASfit videos. This is a 5 star series!

Just found you guys and subscribed. I do traditional weight lifting at home and a lot of cardio outside (biking, running, swimming) but it's great to find a channel that can keep me company in my home gym with a lot of cool new exercises I can add to my regular routine. I switch out weight exercises every 8 weeks, so I'll definitely be adding some of these in my next change out. You're both engaging, kind and gentle to listen to while I'm working out alone. Thanks so much for what you do!!!
Due to severe shoulder and wrist issues, I’ve had to pause in previous videos whenever the movements went to push ups or planks. This video is awesome for people with those issues since all but one movement are done either standing or on your back. I got through the entire thing with no issues and lots of sweat! Thanks!

Just did this as I was looking for a slightly less high intensity workout. You always worry that you will start something that isn't HIIT and feel it wasn't worthwhile, but this definitely was! Used my 10kg dumbbells for as much of it as I could, but had to switch to the 8kg for some. Well worth it!
