Claudia, you inspired me there at the end - I was wondering, "should I increase the weight for this last set?" and when you decided to, I was sold and I upped my weight by three more pounds and I finished it and I felt very accomplished

Wow this was intense but fun. I could not keep up with the side plank leg raise but that's ok...something to build on. Keep them workouts coming Coach.
I am so glad that you are uploading new videos. I doscivered you when covid started. I used to hate my body, because I felt it was too muscular and for all my life I excercised just to lose weight. Also I hate going to a gym. So when I started working out with you, slowly I started to love those new muscles and I can't believe I started with 2kg dumbells only and now I have full on home gym and lifting like 20kg. Thanks so much for being so encouraging, entertaining, body positive and inclusive. ❤️

You guys are great and so are your workouts! I will say though, I have to mute you both and blast some good workout jams. I get if you’re a beginner to listen to you talk the entire time, but you are easy enough to follow with the volume muted. I’m just more apt to working out harder to some good beats!!
