Back in 2019 I was at my highest 360 and with these hasfit videos I dropped down to 260 by spring 2020. Claudia and Coach Kozak helped me without even knowing until now lol
I gave birth back in February 2022 and I've gained so much I'm at 310 and recently started getting back in to the videos and I'm so happy there's new videos 😊 hopefully more to come too.

had hamstring for 4 months and bulged disc on getting a mri scan.. doing strengthening feel better than before sometimes cramps occur ..next week iam having a division final match in order to reduce the pain while I run can I take painkillers before the match or any other medication? ...

I liked the workout but wasn't intense to me an no sweat I like dumbbells workout better
