Nice video and the product is expectedly very good too! Regarding the base Macan being RWD: 1) Technically (and philosophically) I don't appreciate the concept of 2-wheel drive SUVs. 2) Being only RWD, I would expect a larger gain in range and a lower price point (at least 5-10K EUR/USD below the Macan 4). 3) I would prefer the base version as an AWD detuned variant, e.g. with 200-250 hp rear and 100-150 hp front. To lower costs, the front motor could be of ASM type (like in the Audi Q6) and perhaps the battery slightly downsized to 85-90 kWh capacity.
The staff of the 4S store in Pudong, Shanghai, do not pay for the move, and do not pay for the labor costs that have been discussed with the truck drivers. I like EVs, my thing with them is that they are gathering all sort of data off you... some will say current cars do the same, yes, but not to the same level of electric cars. I want an car that is electric, not spyware on wheels, already have enough of that with my phone.

Sucks that Porsche are gonna sacrifice the Cayman/Boxster to electrification as well soon.. It's the only proper sportscar model Porsche makes next to the 911, also way more affordable.. All the rest is just general public practicle familycars instead of pure sportcars, Macan, Cayenne, Panamera, Taycan, I could not care less to be honest.. Soon only the 911 will be left as ICE proper sportscar from Porsche unfortunatetly.. I'm really gonna miss being able to buy a way more affordable (and arguably better driving due to lower weight and midengine) ICE Cayman/Boxster .. I guess I'll have to keep enjoying my current Porsche 718 Boxster for way longer than original planned.. I get electrification for practicle comfort family cars, but for open top enthousiast sportscars, for people who want to hear and feel the car, what's the point?!? I highly doubt they'll sell much.. But my guess is Porsche has have no other choice because of emission regulations in EU etc, to be able to still keep a ICE 911 alive for as long as they can..
