This is my 2nd attempt of a speed run and I feel sorry for the woman that I nearly ran over....
Lots of room for improvement on not such a bumpy road next time.

Hi Mads, I think it would have been a dash quicker if it wasn't so bumpy and that lady got in the way but I will take 35 for now with room for improvement 👍

Thanks Dirk, I think one more run with this set-up and then a motor and pinion change for the Forties (40's) fingers crossed with no pedestrians 🚷 😀

Great run regardless Peter, I'm sure you brushless guys are going to get some pretty high speeds up as time goes on..... guna be fun to watch.
I think you and uncle Bob are the ones to watch in the brushless catergory, and never underestimate that cheeky Rob and Sir Pete wylie!
As for the brushed catergory, my money is on Mark!

I know, I've never seen an old woman do hip-hop like she did, she appeared from out of nowhere 🤔
It's a good job she didn't knock my camera over or she would have had trouble getting up off the floor 😆😜🤣
I may as well just send one of the kits to Uncle Bob now cos I know he's gonna smash the 50+ mph into oblivion. My next run will be an eye-opener, that's for sure 👌
The only problem is that I can't win my own competition but it will be fun watching other people trying for the top spot on the board as well 👍👍👍

Yeah man, uncle Bob knows his stuff when it comes to ESC's, motors and racing! mate..... I think it going to be down to you to challenge him to the top spot!
And I dont see no issues with you winning your own competition if you win it fair and square!
And hey, don't underestimate Rob..... he has always got something hidden up his sleave! 😉

@@yodadarksideGreenHawksRC Absolutely 100% correct on that statement, I think Robs first run was just testing the waters and giving us all the laughs that we needed and it will be a battle between Uncle Bob and McRob McBrennan for 1st place. RCMadUk will give the rest of us a run for our money with his 5900kv set-up smashing Young Pete Wylie into 3rd place..

My 2nd attempt was a good one with plenty of room for improvement 👍 just as well it wasn't a group of girls or I would have been in trouble with the Fuzz!😝 I'll give it another go after the leader board update today before I swap the motor & pinion set-up for my 3rd try-out. Little steps before 1 giant leap 😁

I have another bodyshell that I have replicated the stripes onto so this one can be used for the time trials do if it rolls over all is not lost 👍

@@cw-01creations46 Brother, I gotta say, it looked much faster than 35mph... I thought you passed my speed... FYI, I am using a high number kv motor.. I've yet to get out for another try.... I will soon mate.
@@UncleBobsRC haha, I had to slow down when that lady appeared from out of nowhere 😅 so I will stick with the 35mph for now and drop in a 4600kv and 19t pinion tomorrow after the update video and get out for another run 👍
The 22t pinion will be added later...✌️

@@cw-01creations46 Well that was not very nice of her. Not like you were driving on the sidewalk. I may have all of a sudden developed a range issue with the car and have a mild runaway in her general vicinity! LOL! I wouldn't hit her but would give her a proper reason to be upset with me! LOL!

Hiya Pete. Ah yes a better test area without speed bumps but still a bit lumpy. I wonder if that woman knows that her bottom is on UA-cam 🤣 Good effort mate. Is there a results video coming out today. I see that Uncle Bob is thrashing us big time!
Hi Pete, yes, update video coming up in about half hour. That Karen could have at least waited for me to finish my speed run so I stopped at 35 mph.
Uncle Bob wasn't even on half throttle so I dread to think what his actual top speed will be.... probably somewhere in the region of f*cking fast 😝👍🤣
I've got a battery on charge ready for me to make another attempt past 35 if possible 😅

Cheers Dom, I slowed down for that woman so I will stick with the 35 for now and try again before a motor and pinion swap 👍
@@cw-01creations46 i got one more head to head to do with mine which are torque tuned thrn i’ll have a go! dont think im gonna get to fast though . most my cars are ser up for off road and sand 😂👍
@@rc-dom-uk Will be good to see you on the board at some point so you will need to borrow Marks 2s Lipo using your own Torque Tuned motor and 19t pinion to achieve the middle-ish Roaring Twenties. Oh yeah, bigger wheels/tyres might help 👍👍👍

@@cw-01creations46 thanks. Yeh new motor next time, better and wider tyres i think. Going to make a trip to my local hobby shop next week and see what they have 👍🏻
@@RCMadUK Get some block tread tyres if possible as they tend to grip the road better and the 19t pinion if you haven't already 👍
@@cw-01creations46 yeh iv got a set of wheels from the blitzer beetle, going to look awful in bright orange but least ill be able to see it 😂 you need different front spindle/axles dont you to fit them?
@@RCMadUK I used CW-01 front spindles and shorter tie rods for mine. The rear Blitzer tyres is what makes it unstable because of the spikes. Alright for the grass but not so much for the tarmac 🤣
