The old Magnavox… I remember being a kid playing with one and the dogs, i was acting like a movie producer and i got my dogs taking I dump on vhs, and you can hear me saying action 😂😂
I'll never understand why all 4 of them wanted to forget about this era as if they never existed. This hits as hard or harder than any "hair metal" band of the era...at least those I know of. RIP Dime and Vinny🤘
They had a fresh start when they got signed and only wanted to play songs written 100% by all four guys. Most of PM was written before Phil joined. Plus Jerry Abbott may have had to get paid for managing and releasing the 80s albums.
@@integrity101Yeah, I get that part...but they also refused to acknowledge that era all the way up to 2001, and by that time their legacy was already established. I mean if you go back and listen to Pink Floyd from the 60's it sounds nothing like anything they made in later decades, but they dont try to pretend they didnt exist before The Wall came out and gave them the big break.
What type of determination it takes to say, ok let's do it. Do it as in, take the last 8 yrs of work and money on 4 albums, touring and life and scrap it all and go the other direction. That's A do or die mentality if I ever saw 1
Creo que Panels de Pantera podrían versionar esta canción como versión de estudio hoy en día si quisieran. Acelera la música un poco, y la vista de las distintas voces realmente le conviene a Phil Hemligt para apreciarla aquí.
I grew up with the first 4 albums. And a kid called "diamond" Darrell. 'I Am The Night' was probably my favorite. I wish it was Terry singing on this video. Anselmo is good for what he does, but this ain't it. And it bugs me that ppl (kids) buy into that little group touring right now with Metallica, calling itself Pantera. It's a tribute band, folks. Phil Anselmo was NOT Pantera. Hell, he wasn't even an original member. The Abbott brothers were Pantera. Period. Screw Anselmo, and everyone who supports him.
Better than walk! This kicks ass!
Props to whoever lugged the old 800lb camcorder to film this.
Thanks!
😂😂😂😂😂 CTFU!!!

Phil singing this classic is awesome
This is incredible
Phil with long hair headbanging definitely adds that sauce to this song.
would've been cool if they re-recorded some of these like this one, Over and Out, and Power Metal
This so awesome!! Rex bass tone and playing is so perfect you dont need a 2nd guitarist as dime shreds!!🤘🏼😎🤘🏼

I always thought that this riff was incredibly cool
This riff SMOKES! And the squels after is just icing on the cake

I can hear Rex's bass.
Can you hear the fuckin bass
Sounds like Anselmo singing..Anselmo joined in 86'..if this is '87..then it's him.
If you question that's Phil.... I question if up is down.
Nah that’s Danzig
No shit
Weird that the style of music is hair metal, but the stage presence is heavy AF.
There's Hairmetal bands that are heavy yk😂
THIS SONG IS FUCKING GAY!!!
Like Fire from Projects would've been a better choice but guess they wrote off that album completely at that point when Phil joined.
Thats Phil. Sorry bro.

Facts
This sounds so horible. Glad they moved to very heavy style.
Real pantera fans would've appreciated this era
You suck
This sounds great wtf are you on?
Wow his voice sounds like except
You mean Accept? Udo Dirkschneider? One of my all-time favorite bands . .
