You definitely got a thumbs up from me. I had a really bad day today at work. The conversation you two had on this video really helped me figure something out. If I would let go of my pride, it would really make life much easier for me. Thank you for helping me realize it. I am so stubborn that I don't notice it when my pride gets in the way. I love your channel and the only request I have is Accept Fast As A Shark. It is considered one of the first Speed/ Thrash Metal songs ever. It came out before any of the Big Four ever put an album out back in 1981. Very heavy and fast for its time.

All great songs. They haven't done any Accept songs yet and I would be happy with any song they choose to react to by them. Accept in my opinion are just as legendary as Iron Maiden and Judas Priest. They don't get the recognition that Iron Maiden and Judas Priest do and they should because they have amazing songs and influenced many bands.

I’m surprised so many people don’t know that this band were called the Kings of the Power Ballad from the 80’s through the early 90’s. They perfected a formula and all hard rock and metal bands took note. After about 1984, most Hard Rock and Metal bands began including, at least, one Power Ballad on every album.

Vin & Sori, amazing part of Scorpions is that Klaus Meine, lead singer aged 70 still have same vocal range like in this video. Scorpions has been active since 1965 long time like other iconic bands of its time such as The Beatles & The Rolling Stones. But they weren't well known until late 70's when then lineup who played this song became well known worldwide including the States. I 1st heard of Scorps when 1980's Animal Magnetism & Blackout (1982) then Blockbuster album, Love at First Sting. Scorpions are considering having new album out after celebrating their 50th Anniversary.

This song brings back memories of a school gymnasium many years ago. The lights where down, the anticipation was up. I had admired her from afar for quite the while. When the first notes of this song came over the speaker system I summoned up all the courage in my barely pubescent body. I walked over and asked her for this dance. It was the first time my body pressed up against that of a female I did not call 'mother' and Klaus Meines crystal voice was replaced in my head by a choir of angels. It was the first time but by no means the last. I am a man of the world, after all. But I've never heard the angels sing quite like that again. I know not where she is these days but on days like this, when I hear this song, I think about what could have been, if only...

You two are in for a looong session...till the end of time. Friends for 10 years is a very strong glue.
I'm married for about 5 years ( yes, when our daughter was 9) but we know each other from the first day of medical school..she saw me being cheated on by one of our classmates, going down the H road...coming back to life...I've seen her progressed from a very racial to extremely open minded state about colour and race (yes, we are not the same race)... sometimes it feels like we knew each other for 100 years!!
I understand being just friends is nothing compared to being couples, but it gives you a long time to think, make changes within yourself and take the biggest decision of the life.

Great song, I've been listening to it since I was a kid. My mother really wanted to see this band live last time they came to Mexico.

Possibly the greatest riff in rock Tristan Isolde level . Some one tracked it over an edit of Lord of the Rings - fitted perfectly . Some loves were never meant to be but it lingers . Nostalgia for the impossible . They were big in Japan .

Rock / metal band from Germany. Been greatly under rated . Great band great talented writers and musitions. You need to check out (Send me an Angel) before you judge. Powerful song.

Now you need to hear the "sequel" song called "SLY" (an acronym for Still Loving You). It's even better.

Glad to see Vin smiling at the end of the song. Seemed to be feeling better than at the start. This era of rock is good for better feelings than some of the more recent innovations (or deviations). Don't forget to take care of your own musical needs.

Here in Brazil we call this genre "Sofrência". Google is translating as "Suffering" and I think it works =]
